I would like to thank the travel agency and Natalia Malinovskaya personally for the excellent organization of holidays in the UAE. At the stage of selecting the tour, many hotel options were presented at different resorts, at different dates, and detailed information about the features and nuances. Taking into account our wishes - and we wanted to spend part of our vacation at sea and a few days in Dubai itself to visit the sights and explore the city, Natalia offered us a combined tour. And it was a great decision! We are very glad that this option was chosen. Special thanks for the recommended hotels. The Centara Mirage Beach Resort is just the perfect option for a family holiday, a paradise for children (and for adults)))! In Dubai, the Rose Rayhaan by Rotana Hotel is a wonderful hotel, the best location option is 3 minutes to the metro station, 1 stop to the Museum of the Future, Burj Khalifa. Both at sea and in the city, we got rooms with views of the Burj Khalifa)).
The whole process of interacting with the agency, from choosing a tour to returning, was very comfortable and organized. The conclusion of the contract, the receipt of documents, the logistics of the tour - everything is clearly planned. Natalia was always in touch, quickly responded to all questions before the start of the tour, asked for information on arrival, hotel accommodation, and whether everything was in order. Such care for tourists and an individual approach are very pleasant - you have not just been sold a tour, but are sincerely interested and try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We had a private transfer at all stages. All transfers are very well organized. Upon arrival, a representative of the host organization was waiting for us at the airport, they immediately provided a car with a driver, and after 20 minutes we were at the hotel. Information on the inter-hotel transfer and transfer from the hotel to the airport upon departure was provided in advance, indicating the departure time, which is very convenient for planning your time, because you don't want to waste a minute on organizational issues on vacation.
Our tour was great due to the fact that it fully met our needs, wishes and was organized at a very high level. We thank Natalia, Olga, Maya for our trip and incredible impressions!!!
