I wanted to leave a review about my bag.
They bought it for me as a gift in December and I just came out with a bag from the store and put it on once and then noticed such a scratch or it peeled off the skin (it's hard to say).
I got upset and went to the store itself to resolve this issue.
Initially, they said that it was possible to make a refund and now there is simply no money at the checkout and asked me to drive up for money after lunch or in the evening (this already confused me that the buyer should come several times).
After that, the girl called and said that the refund request had been canceled.
The bag was purchased on December 4 and the warranty is 14 days for the return of the product. The warranty itself says that scratches are not defects. In fact, I put on the bag only once and at one time I paid 200 rubles. Since I was 15 years old, I've been wearing leather products and here the quality is on my face. The store administration did not even try to resolve this issue... It was said that they looked at the cameras and there were no defects visible on the cameras and you bought the bag after examining it and there should be no complaints.
Tell me, why do you prescribe an increase for 14 days at all, if in fact you do not comply with this?
From one photo, did you conclude that it was my fault that such a "scratch" appeared? You have not offered any options on your part.

There are brands that are responsible for the quality of their products and are able to communicate with customers, immediately the boorish attitude towards the buyer from the administration.

At the same time, in another store in Green City, the consultant girl was very pleasant when they bought bags and answered all questions with a fake smile) so it's definitely not in the store itself) I do not recommend visiting this particular point.
I ask my wife, "Why don't you carry the bag I gave you?" He answers me: "It spread very quickly." Here's how it has changed over a year of rare use. I think that the quality and price do not match. 50 rubles maximum! Quality a la megatop and other Chinese disposable items. Do not take it, so as not to blush in front of your beloved later, if she is a gift. And the girls don't see each other for commercials.
I thought I had one problem with bags, but no, it turns out that it is necessary to read reviews before buying, they are not positive on a large scale. The design of the bags is great, the idea of the designers and everyone involved - well done! But that's it! The quality of the bags is terrible. I have 8 bags from this brand, only 3 are alive. And this is despite the fact that they fall into disrepair immediately. The white "poly" bag on the very first day, the seams and threads came out, the clasp from the bag leaves traces on the bag - it clings to the bag like a crab and in this model everyone has such a problem, the clasp is too close to the "lid" of the bag. The big black one with wooden handles is generally space in quality - the handle fell off not from the weight, but from the fact that I lifted it from the car seat. In general, the quality of the bags leaves much to be desired, I do not recommend buying

When you try to open your purse, it literally falls out of your hands. The price of these creations is too high. I will not return to this brand again.

The seller is in Belarus, but does not plan to work according to the laws of the Russian Federation. I filed a complaint with Rospotrebnadzor.
I bought a bag in May. I managed to use it only twice, and put it in a cloth bag for storage. What was my surprise when I took it out and found strange green scuffs that could not be cleaned. Strange bulges were also found on the lock.
