Ice cream in summer, all that can be said about this place! I don't see the point in it ... 1 for stable work once a year , 0.5 stars will be added if it is demolished.... No more questions, the rest of the time that it does not work (i.e. 11 months +-) perfectly complements the park as a second toilet for local "authorities" ! If this was his original task, then it's brilliant!
