I don't even know where to start) I liked everything. Friendly hosts, well-groomed territory. Comfortable, pleasant-looking rooms. The neighbors are interesting. The evenings in the gazebo were fun and eventful. My daughter was delighted with the pool, the seals living in the yard, and the projector with cartoons. My wife was happy about the coolness of the air-conditioned room and the comfortable bed. Two kitchens, two refrigerators, a washing machine. Beautiful gazebo, flowers and trees, nice people.
There are 4 decent restaurants and several canteens in Gudauta. In addition, you can cook in the kitchens that are in the house. You can eat on the veranda or in the covered kitchen. Products can be bought at the market. He's about ten minutes away. There is a small shop 50 meters from the guest house, there are large shops. They are also 10 minutes away, just like the market. There are a lot of animals on the streets. Cows, cats, dogs. Everyone is calm, there were no problems. 10 minutes walk to the Sea. You can walk through the park or through the shops. Abkhazia has changed decently in recent years, I hope that tourism will continue to develop. There is a lot to see in the city itself. There are many unusual houses and buildings from the Soviet era, but, of course, I recommend going to the waterfalls, to the Ritz (especially out of season), to the railway station, to the Komans.
I liked it very much. It's not the first time I've come. Our neighbors in this house, also from Moscow, are on the fourth. That says something))

Guest House "Lermontov" thank you for being there. Great location, Mega convenient location - 10 minutes to the sea, 5 minutes to the market, 5 minutes to public transport stop.
Very cozy, well-maintained plot, lots of greenery, swimming pool.
The rooms are comfortable, everything is there for a normal rest.
The beach is clean, you can take sun beds.
We will come back more than once!

I would like to express my gratitude for the wonderful rest and organization of the space in the guest house "Lermontov". You can choose a room for every taste, there are many cozy corners for relaxation, two kitchens. The sea is five minutes away by car. Since this is the first time in Abkhazia, a lot of questions were addressed to Tamara, the hostess of the guest house, who told in detail where you can go and what to see. I was guided by the reviews, they did not disappoint))) I recommend the Lermontov Guest House for a comfortable stay

The place is quiet for a family vacation. Tamara, the hostess, is a very active and welcoming girl. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the sea. But the beach itself is dirty.
The yard is clean, lots of greenery, there are seals and plenty of room for children to run.

A wonderful place, very cozy and beautiful. And the housewives are the most friendly and hospitable person. The territory is constantly monitored, everything is always cleaned and beautiful, room cleaning is on request.
And what a territory, it's just a delight. There are a lot of places for privacy and relaxation. We really liked it.

We had a rest in Lermontov in July. Rest for 10/10. Why?
- the location is super convenient: it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea at a leisurely pace, 5-7 minutes to the market
- the rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning, the rooms are comfortable with in-room amenities. There are towels, blankets in case of cold, and enough sockets to charge devices.
- the territory of the guest house is one of the most significant advantages for me: grapes, tangerines, palm trees grow, there is a lot of shade to hide from the sun. There are also gazebos and separate comfortable smoking areas. It is very fresh and pleasant!
- there is a very fast Wi-Fi in the house, so if you, like me, have to do some remote work, then there will definitely be no problems
- there are extras, including my favorite chess, a projector for movies
- the owners of the house deserve a special mention! It is difficult to find such cordiality, hospitality and attention to guests nowadays! Everyone is always in touch, they will help and tell you where and how to go, where and what to buy. There is also an opportunity to purchase chacha, wine, tea, adjika at good prices. By the way, chacha is really therapeutic!
I'm waiting for the pool to be built, we'll go to you again! I recommend it to everyone!

We rested at the Lermontov guest house in late June-early July 2024. We really liked everything!!! A beautiful, well-maintained area with a swimming pool, sun loungers, a place to relax, tangerine trees, grapes and palm trees. Nice rooms with all amenities, comfortable beds and air conditioning. We were there for the second time in July 2024, I like everything: the rooms (rooms) are clean and comfortable. We lived in the attic-lots of light, a large bathroom. The house has two kitchens on the street and indoors, there seems to be enough of everything. The only thing is when the house is fully occupied there is not enough space in the refrigerator😬

I had a rest at the end of September in the Lermontov guest house in Gudauta , the room was comfort on the ground floor. Large sleeping place, panarama Windows, very convenient. A pleasant and cozy green courtyard. The sea is about km away, there is a market nearby. I liked Tamara's hospitality, delicious food and a comfortable room, I recommend it. For a gift, you can buy an excellent chacha with the taste of grape juice 😉

I don't recommend it. They gave us a room without a TV, without a toilet, and then a lot of complaints about why we constantly run back and forth because the toilet is outside . the yard is closed at 10 p.m. after that, you can not talk and go outside and turn off the lights everywhere and runs to the toilet in the dark. By the way, the pool there is very small without a filter, the water goes out under the sun and then we were also kicked out because we run to the toilet there are no facilities there, there are much better rooms and cheaper to the sea

I only stayed here for a night in October. I got the sleep of a healthy person. I was pleased with the well-groomed green garden. Quiet street, ran to the sea in a straight line about 1 km. I did yoga, cooked breakfast in the open kitchen and hit the road. Thanks to the housewives of this place for the order in everything, friendliness and willingness to receive me three hours before arrival. I will definitely come back for a little longer. Good luck!

But most importantly, we were lucky with the choice of accommodation, namely, we were lucky that we ended up in the State Duma of Lermontov in Gudauta. We rested from 17 to 29 June. I liked everything. There is everything for living. Cozy rooms with air conditioning. Rooms of 2 categories. Comfort and economy (the difference is only in the furniture). Friendly and helpful hosts. The sea is about 1 km away. It wasn't a problem for us, so the walk was good.
There are shops and a market nearby.

A great house! All conditions for a comfortable life! It's close to the sea, it's hard to get lost. A big plus is the proximity of the market and shops.
The garden is all green - you can feel the summer and the south at once.
Special thanks to the hosts for the warm welcome, as well as for the wine, chacha, adjika and tea - everything is great.
