The order was placed by phone at 13.30, at 15.00 the bouquet was delivered to the birthday girl, while outside the city of Lida (extra charge for delivery). All issues during registration (flowers, packaging, delivery) were resolved promptly. Payment via ERIP. A report on the readiness of the bouquet with a photo. The delivery was also reported.

You can start with the fact that the salon has a wonderful, informative website. The choice of bouquets is huge and in any price category. I really liked that the network covers many small towns! Thus, you can make surprises all over Belarus through one website! I really liked that the manager quickly settled the situation with the bouquet and offered to replace the missing flowers with others. The bouquet turned out fine anyway! You can discuss the choice of a bouquet and delivery in Viber or Telegram, which is quite convenient. The bouquet itself was delivered within an hour after placing the order. Special thanks to the courier who managed to resolve the situation when the recipient was not at home.

There is often trouble with the service in Belarus. But the Petal was pleasantly surprised! Clearly, quickly, to the point. I wrote early in the morning, I needed a bouquet with delivery to Nesvizh.
They answered quickly, immediately with a photo of the preliminary bouquet. We took into account the wishes, added flowers and a postcard.
We were in touch, clear payment, clearly stated terms of the order.
While your competitors have replied to me, the Petal has already sent the finished bouquet to the recipient))
