Firstly, we waited with the girl for our food for an hour, while our friends at the same time brought food in 15 minutes
Secondly, the girl who took the order did not write it down and was constantly confused, accusing us of talking quietly and reading from the list, as a result, she did not bring me one dish

From the uncomfortable: there is an idea that during full boarding there are not enough waiters, adding staff, there will be more measured service, and not running back and forth.
Often there are no seats in the evening, on weekends it makes sense to call about tables.
Periodically, some ingredients run out, and already in the morning some dishes are on the table.

I recommend visiting this place, it is located in a quiet place in the center of Sukhum. Excellent service, atmospheric. Mulled wine is very tasty.

I ordered white wine - they brought warm and offered ice. He refused. We found cold wine (actually cool)

How did I get poisoned there and how do they solve the issue?
I visited this restaurant only 3 times, the first 2 were all good, Everything was delicious. The third time I decided to order a Leon burger, when I tried it, I thought that bacon had a strange taste (well, they can't put spoiled bacon in a decent restaurant), but this smell certainly spoiled the impression of the burger. But I was hungry and didn't eat anything all day, so accordingly it ended up in my stomach. After 6 hours, it all started and I realized that I was poisoned.. I wrote to them on Instagram, their answer is "we apologize, we will check, thank you for writing" Well, I wrote -600 rubles for poisoning and a spoiled night without sleep, I did not plan to pay 🤔 In Abkhazia, you need to be careful with meat everywhere, I was poisoned here 4 times, in Russia-nothing.

We were on New Year's holidays, so the restaurant was very atmospherically decorated, but there were a lot of people and at first they couldn't even sit down, you can book tables in advance.
You can also order delivery, as we did the next day, well, it's very tasty)
There is one disadvantage, when we arrived, none of the waiters came up at all and no one met, but I will not lower the star for this. I think that the advantages have covered this disadvantage.

A bad place. There is no service. The rolls with the hair were brought, they did not apologize, they were replaced. The next serving was supposed to be Tom yam, but the waiter forgot about it, saying that we did not confirm, although I specified the time of serving the first and second courses. Tom yam was brought alone, the second was not brought, because I did not specify again (( tom yam is cooked simply on water with the addition of tom yam sauce, there is no broth. Just seasoned water. The price is 650₽
I do not recommend this place.

The Leon Hotel is one of the best in Sukhum. The taxi driver told us about it and we did not regret it . Living in an exclusive suite, we rediscovered Sukhum. Everything is clean and cozy . Polite staff . Delicious breakfast. And a wonderful restaurant at the hotel! I recommend visiting it to everyone who will be in Sukhum. They cook delicious and beautiful food! But Leon is really the top 1 and probably not only in Sukhum.
