The houses are normal, everything was new in 2024, and the location was good (there are a couple of cafes, shops nearby, not far from the sea and caves), but the place itself is adjacent to the construction site of a large hotel on the one hand and a car wash on the other. Jackhammers were working all day, workers were swearing overhead, the car wash was noisy. The construction site is also open on Saturdays. As compensation, we had vouchers for free breakfast in the complex under construction, but it was comfortable to stay in the cabins themselves only at night. Therefore, it is necessary to weigh what is more important). The cabins have 2 beds each, and rack-and-pinion cots with a thin foam mattress are provided for extra beds.

I haven't been there, but it looks very cozy and attractive from the outside, there are shops and good canteens nearby, and Novo Afonskaya cave is within walking distance.
