I came to the recommendation of the doctor Brazhitskaya O.A. in this veterinary clinic for the treatment of teeth in cats and was very satisfied) everything is very clear and intelligently described in all the recommendations. I don't give 2 points to the vet clinic, but only to one of the doctors - Kaskov A.Y. I have no complaints about the clinic itself - clean, neat, always greeted with smiles, fast, functional. Let's go back to the doctor. They prescribed injections for my rat, and for a couple of days I went to O. Brazhitskaya (an awesome, kind, sincere person), then I went to Kaskov. At first, it looked like a kind, pleasant doctor, he asked everything, I told him, they took the rat for an ultrasound, it bit him from stress (my apologies for what happened), and the mask of "kindness and friendliness" instantly fell off. The doctor became violent, took the animal harshly (it was necessary to give three injections), they did not do an ultrasound (it's clear the animal is spinning, okay), they did not tell me on the X-ray how to hold my hands properly (I was holding the animal) and as a result, the phrase "most of the BP is blocked by the bones of the mistress's hands" appeared in the statement. I don't understand why they didn't fix my arms right away. I'm standing next to you, and I have no idea how to hold it or what not to do. It's time for the injections..The doctor's (psychological) condition is deteriorating, aggression, nervousness are felt, inappropriate jokes about "pulling out all her teeth," another doctor was called to hold and give injections. When Kaskov took my animal, he did it so rudely that the rat just started squealing, while the injections were being done, there was a terrible squeaking and squealing (not a single sound like that for 2 days), how do I blame myself for not interrupting this appointment with this "specialist" before the injections. I really blame myself. The clinic apologized, saying that the doctor was scared and panicked because the rat had no vaccinations. There's no comment at all. Do I recommend this clinic? Yes. Absolutely. Do I recommend Kaskov? God forbid. Cruelty, aggression and harshness are absolutely unacceptable when working with living beings. The clinic apologized, and thank them very much. But never to this "doctor". Only one situation was enough to reveal the whole essence of this man.

A cozy, small, but very emotional vet clinic! I brought my Aidar here in December, who refused to eat at all... After the injections, the swallowed piece of bone came out on its own, and ivs and treatment helped to recover. Both Andrey Kaskov and Olga had experienced and caring doctors who answered all my questions. Thanks a lot to the girls at the reception and the assistants who put on the ivs. And the director (as I later realized), passing by, asked about the condition and how the treatment was going. There are no indifferent people here, they came home for these 3 hours of ivs. There's even a device with ears)))
According to reviews, I thought I'd have to pay 300 rubles for an ultrasound + an hour-long consultation + several injections)) but by no means, the prices seemed even lower than in large clinics (and in six months we traveled 6 pieces on other issues .....), about 100 rubles. at that time it was out.

Our kitten Ginger started acting up abruptly and we came here without a call or appointment. We were accepted and registered. We conducted a complex of analyses and examinations. Thanks to the other clinic for contacting us there right away in the morning. The second attempt is a neoplasm. They made a diagnosis by eye and decided to inject hormones, they barely stopped the doctor. In fact, the diagnosis was incorrect and we lost 1.5 weeks - now we have surgery and long-term treatment. We were in this wonderful clinic for the first time today. The staff is very attentive and friendly. While I was in the exam room with the doctor and the dog, my 1.5-year-old daughter was also looked after. And they gave me a cookie, and a homemade apple and turned on cartoons on TV. I talked to the consultant girl during the recording of the situation that I want to make an appointment for an initial appointment with a kitten, there is a suspicion of an ear mite. I asked about the cost of admission - 30 rubles.
As a result, in the clinic itself, without notifying me, the cost of each manipulation is: lum diagnostics, ear cleaning. For the reception, together with a hygienic gel and an anthelmintic drug, 120 rubles were released.
The mediocre quality of the clinic itself is definitely not worth it. It is very ugly when manipulations are kept silent.
I'm unlikely to go to this clinic again. It's definitely worth going to proven places, not such quack ones.

for quickly determining the cause of the deterioration of our dog's condition and for its rapid elimination. Yorkshire terrier, named Mozart (13 years old)
The doctors of this clinic very quickly established the cause, and performed an operation to remove a neoplasm in the mouth, sanitation of the oral cavity, removal of a diseased tooth and removal of papillomas on the body, having previously conducted a COMPLETE and thorough examination of our pet's health (they took all the necessary tests, did an ultrasound, selected the type of anesthesia suitable for our characteristics and prepared it and we were prepared for the operation, familiarized with all possible risks and set the right positive attitude, won our full trust). We consulted in great detail and gave recommendations on maintaining the health and general condition of the dog after surgery.
I would like to highlight separately:
Kaskov Andrey Yuryevich, a true professional in his field, treats every animal very carefully, the best general practitioner, traumatologist, surgeon, ultrasound specialist whom we met, always very quickly, clearly and in fact determined the diagnosis, prescribed tests and selected treatment, which ALWAYS helped.
Olga Brazhitskaya is a general practitioner, dentist, ratologist, concurrently a very bright, kind person who, in a couple of minutes of admission, identified the cause of our pet's anxiety, informed us in detail about the need for surgery and removal of neoplasms, as well as oral sanitation using ultrasound. She successfully performed an operation during which she discovered a rotten /loose tooth and also removed it.

A general practitioner, an anesthesiologist, an intensive care specialist, an amazing doctor, in a dialogue with whom all the questions "how", "why", "why" disappear
(As the Director of the clinic, Irina, said, "you will see Konstantin and you will understand everything for yourself") and this was actually the case, Konstantin thoroughly familiarized himself with the tests, ultrasound and the general condition of our dog, introduced and brought out of anesthesia so that the dog felt better after anesthesia than before using it, and most importantly the main thing is without consequences and stress on the body of a 13-year-old dog and his organs, the dog departed from anesthesia in 10 minutes, apart from a slight confusion of consciousness, he jumped, ran and felt wonderful. I usually write reviews when I want to thank you, but today is not the case. An annual vaccination was given at the Lekar clinic in the spring. Therefore, it was decided to remove the postoperative stitches within walking distance, the operation itself was performed successfully in another clinic. 06.10 we came to the withdrawal. In advance, I found out the price list for this procedure, they told me the amount. I asked if it was the final figure. I was told that it would depend on additional services. Upon arrival at the hospital, we were greeted by the gloomy staff, except for the cleaner, she was smiling. The administrators and the doctor himself were as detached and taciturn as possible. Besides, there was a cigarette smell coming from the doctor. It would have been possible not to pay attention to this if, when removing the seam, a microporesis had not been made, from where blood immediately began to ooze, which the doctor smeared with something and attached a tiny patch to the ointment, which accordingly peeled off until we reached the other end of the New Borovaya. The climax was that when removing the dog from the table, the doctor dropped it. There was no apology or inspection. At the checkout, for a pea of ointment and a small patch, we were counted + about 10 rubles to the original amount. I left there with concern about the dog and with the firm understanding that I would not return to this clinic anymore. I do not recommend it, due to the unfriendly attitude and questionable professionalism.

I'll give you 1 point. We were at the clinic with a cat with an ear problem. They said there was just dirt in my ear, and I needed to wash it with lotion. However, there has been no improvement in 2 weeks. Doubts arose.
They came again, and another specialist confirmed that the first conclusion was erroneous. The cat has a bacterial infection, and a new treatment has been prescribed.
They asked me to refund the payment for the first visit or set it off for the second one. They refused, saying that the wrong diagnosis did not matter.

I will join the words about the imposed services and prices. I signed up for a service (vaccination), in the process I asked for an additional one (gland cleansing), during which I communicated with the doctor on the principle: they ask me questions, I answer. The doctor advises to "serve candles", I ask the doctor to write which ones. At the checkout, it turned out that I had to pay not only for the services provided, but also for the consultation. Which I was given without indicating that communication with a doctor during the procedure is paid. When they started to figure it out, it turned out that "we have to pay for everything", "the doctor warned you, you did not listen, you are to blame." Although there were no warnings, except for the questions that began during the procedure. The doctor quietly whispered in the administrator's ear about the consultation and I am being billed. In the process of communication, both the administrator and the director smile maliciously, the doctor frankly distorts the situation, although she did not warn me about the paid service.
Bottom line: you can't prove the truth there. Not to mention apologies. Dear customers, please be vigilant and clarify whether you are being paid to answer questions. Or better yet, use clinics with the best reputation, even if it is not so close to home. Save your nerves and mood.

We bring our Yorkie here on a regular basis. There were no questions.
They did sterilization when the dog was already 5 years old, they worried, but everything went fine, without complications.
And in general, we apply for any little thing, they always find time to take and treat.
The prices are at the level of other private clinics, we did not feel much difference.
