I had a very good rest here, I slept well.
Relatively quiet (you can hear the river and cars in the distance).
It is located in the city center, very pleasant and at the same time unobtrusive owners (speak English), they have a very affectionate and intelligent dog-cloud.
A very old house, which may not be very comfortable, but staying in such a place is an interesting experience.
There is a stove, a refrigerator, a stove and the most necessary utensils.
There are almost no insects.
Of the disadvantages, only very high humidity and old repairs. Because of this, it will be uncomfortable to stay here for more than a couple of days.
But this is a great place to come for a weekend as a country house and relax in the summer from the heat

An atmospheric hotel with its own nuances. First about the pros:
- very nice house, with parking, though small;
- hospitable and responsive hosts who will help solve any situation;
- friendly dogs in the yard of the house (although for some it may be a minus);
- very close to the exit from Dilijan and various cafes;
- cozy rooms with their own atmosphere;
- free cancellation on booking;
- wifi in the room (but it happens with failures, it's not the fault of the hotel, but the specifics of the local network).
And now about the cons:
- the most important thing is the insects in the room. Some bugs and spiders, for people who are afraid, will become a great discomfort and will not allow you to fully enjoy your vacation;
- payment in cash only;
- the owners speak only English;
- lack of a normal shower, as the shower is installed simply in the toilet, even without a separate area (pictured);
- pretty cool rooms (we were in October, it was cold at night, but the owners gave a heat gun, which saved well);
- there is no possibility of breakfast, but there is a stove in the room, however, there are no dishes. Perhaps there is some kind of zone on the 2nd floor, but we were on the first.

Amazing villa atmosphere! In the center of Dilijan, but not down, so peace and quiet. The villa has a separate entrance, which is very convenient. Antique furniture, which is beautiful. It was autumn, so the eye was pleased with the colorful colors of the forest. Only 2 days, but we had a great rest!
