Located in the area of new Batumi, the first coastline, close to shops, pharmacies, cafes. Everything you need for an apartment hotel, the rooms are equipped with everything you need! Great!

Beautiful from the outside, even the rooms look normal, but
1. There is an aquarium smell at the entrance.
2. You need to pay extra for the sea view
3. Breakfast only
4. Swedish cuisine by variety by 3
5. The sewerage system in the rooms is very bad.
6. Door opening cards barely work
7. The outdoor pool is green
8. Gym for 2
9. Changing money at the hotel is not profitable at all.
And so we liked everything, if you don't be too picky, then you can live.
The sea view is great, although the window was a little broken, but that's okay.
