Why 3?!
1. The competence of the staff below (reception)
2. The cleanliness of the room and the replacement of things that are not necessarily carried out regularly. There is no toothpaste and a napkin.
3. They asked to change the towels. They took the used ones, but did not give them a new one)))
4. The first day, the reception called 2 times. I explained what I needed. There is no reaction.
5. The second day I called again and explained what was needed. In the end, I didn't bring everything.
6. And special if your room is not on the sea side, you can only see the construction of neighboring buildings.
I do not recommend it.
A good, high-quality hotel.
There are some minor comments, but overall everything is fine. Cleaning is carried out daily, the food is rich and varied, the staff is friendly.
We are resting in this hotel now.
This is absolutely not 5 stars.
Despite the fact that the replacement of towels is indicated every day, towels are brought only if you ask for it at the reception, and 2 or 3 times.
Room cleaning is also not carried out, unless you ask for something specific.
They come and take away the garbage and wet towels. Sometimes they put drinking water on.
I had to ask for dry towels, soap, and toilet paper at the reception several times.
The bathroom floor has never been washed in the 12 days of our stay.
They vacuumed only once, and that was when I asked for it at the reception for three days.
There are a lot of mosquitoes in the rooms, there are no mosquito nets. The window is broken.
The food is scarce. Some salads at dinner are sometimes sour.
Breakfast starts at 7:00, but at 8:00 there are no pastries yet, no fruits, no pancakes.
Baking is also not enough for everyone, even when it is, croissants (they are very tasty) have to be hunted.
There is also not much variety in the food, cucumbers and tomatoes cut in three ways are considered three different dishes here.
The dishes are dirty.
On the floor in a restaurant, if someone drops food, it is not cleaned by themselves, it is cleaned only after contacting the manager.
There are stains on the bedside tables in the room.
Once in our room, the electronic lock stopped working by itself, and none of the staff could get into the room. I had to wait for security with the keys. After half an hour, the electronic lock started working by itself.
The restaurant and bar are staffed by students who can't do anything but smile.
In general, we are already very sorry that we chose this hotel.
The price is not small, they say the service is well filled, but in fact the service is at zero.
But yes, the view from the window is beautiful (room 1012).
And by the way, we have not received any compliments or apologies, except for words, for the inconvenience with the service and the lock.
