The mats in the hall are of disgusting quality, scuffed with a smell, they slip very much on the linoleum, if you are not constantly vigilant, you can fall unsuccessfully!

It is impossible to lean forward, there is nothing to just hold on to, and the seat back is not adjustable. And this is all very important! Since in order to touch the right muscles, you need to change the position of your legs, back, arms, and so on. otherwise it's a waste of time. Dumbbells in 5 kg each. Let's say I'm doing a Romanian deadlift with 18 kg. and there's 15 kg and the next one is 20. and 15 is not enough for me, but 20 is a lot, and what should I do? I conclude that those who have never been to a normal gym before are engaged there, do not understand the technique of exercises at all, and do not know how normal simulators should actually work.
