Minsk is changing positively. there are more and more interesting and worthy places. The experience of visiting two pretentious taverns by the water in the same direction, in the same concept, stereotypically whispered - don't waste your time. But!
This time, my visit to Lebyazhy was one of the pleasant impressions of the trip.
A large mansion with an adjacent park, where you can walk after or during a visit, is located on the riverbank. It will give you the opportunity to enjoy nature while technically staying in the city.
Unfortunately, the veranda has not yet been opened during our visit - it is expected only in May.
So, the restaurant has three halls: a small winter one, a fairly spacious fireplace room, which, thanks to its transforming glass walls, will make it possible to significantly increase the open space by combining it with a veranda.
The main hall is grandiose, with a stage, good zoning, and a large space for implementing any banquet ideas or just sitting on winter evenings. I marked it for myself.
Turning to the kitchen, I want to note that looking through the menu on the website, I was absolutely not touched by the description of starters and appetizers, but salads and hot dishes interested me. I decided to give the restaurant a chance and was not mistaken.
I took olivier with crab and fish soup on birch wood from three types of fish. A colleague settled on trout tartare and steak mignon with foie gras garnished with oyster mushrooms. Draniki with three types of caviar were served on the common table.
All the dishes were perfect, except for the tartare (the presentation was too creative - a small part of the tartare itself, finely diced, several slices and half the weight- something resembling fish paste that did not go in. This exclusivity of the service was not reflected in the menu, but it should be noted, in order to avoid misunderstandings.
From the comments on the dishes, I would note that the plate in which olivier is served is quite narrow and deep, it is not very comfortable to eat from it, but the salad itself is super. The ear is a masterpiece: rich, fragrant, potatoes are present here in two guises- boiled and by tooth, a very interesting combination. The rest of the vegetables are also of excellent quality. Served with a glass of vodka and cheese brushwood. In general, it's enough, but I hesitantly took a piece of gray bread to her. They brought a whole slice of very tasty bread.
I want to mention a couple of points:
- Peter, the waiter, who started well after the meeting, was lost in the moment of "interlude", other waiters also rarely looked into the hall.
- When accepting the order and understanding the time of its return, the waiter did not specify, but I missed it - there was vodka in my order. It was served to me with an ice stack, which warmed up while waiting for the dishes to be served. Why not serve the drink later, but with snacks, or, if the restaurant regulations say to serve immediately, then serve with a small complement for the first sip? Otherwise, I don't see the point in freezing the stacks.
But overall, I had a good time, which I recommend to you.

A restaurant for true enjoyment and gastronomic ecstasy. We celebrated my wife's birthday at this institution. The waiters' work is simply top-notch - not intrusive, neat, you didn't have to wait long, the dishes were served quickly. Special thanks to the chefs for the food - all the dishes that we tried were very tasty. There's nothing to complain about. My wife was also congratulated in a very creative way - the cake was incredibly delicious. We were very satisfied.

I really liked it. It's a beautiful place. Well-maintained territory. It's perfectly clean. An exquisite and expensive interior: luxurious chandeliers, designer armchairs, there is even a book of honored guests. The prices are high, but everything we ordered was delicious. Especially "Cheesecakes with cherry confit and berries" and "Donuts with salted caramel and vanilla sauce" (brunch). I was pleased with the presence of a matcha latte on the menu, served with cute mini macaroons, which is not often found in restaurants in Minsk.
Dignified, respectable, stately. And the atmosphere, by the way, is comfortable, not pretentious.

Delicious, the service is good. There's nothing to say, everything was fine. The level of the establishment is high. I liked everything. The food was delicious as it should be. Sour cream pancakes are very uncomplicated, not the most delicious by local standards.
Scallops with risotto and green peas - 3 scallops without peas and any frills.
Casarecce caccia with prosciutto - unevenly cooked, highly salted, and peppered pasta. Because of this, it was not possible to finish this dish.…
Apart from the last course, everything is very tasty, but without any frills.
Alcohol is expensive, in my opinion.
In general, our expectations were not met.…
We'll hardly come here a second time…

We had dinner late in the evening, so we couldn't fully appreciate the panoramic view: however, the lights of Minsk over the water gave a special atmosphere)

My wife went with her friends and she liked it, I also decided to visit. We took a different dish plan to evaluate the cuisine, such as bream, scallop, beef. Nothing impressed me at all, some were eaten without enthusiasm at all. Either it's the emphasis on "naturalness" that I didn't get, or the poor choice of dishes. The staff is too arrogant for me, especially sometimes it looks comical in its movements and gait compared to the guests, but apparently it was trained that way. The interior and exterior are cool, there are no questions, especially walking along the restaurant in summer is very pleasant. In general, I concluded for myself that this place is for the atmosphere, but not for gastronomic pleasure.

A very beautiful and luxurious place. Beautiful area, beautiful park nearby. The chef prepares incredibly delicious dishes that melt in your mouth. I especially remember the "calf cheek". I was in culinary shock and ecstasy. The summer terrace with live music is amazing, especially when Zaz and so on are performing. In the evening, however, there may be midges on the terrace. A wonderful restaurant!
I liked everything very much. We took borscht for lunch, the taste is simply unreal. Served with bacon and pie, they go well together. Carrot cake is very tasty! Plus, they gave pistachio cookies and coffee for tea.

The hotel restaurant was recommended as the best in the city, but it turned out there was no worse place. I booked a table in advance because my husband had an anniversary. As soon as the girls came in, the administrators did not greet them, they did not smile, there was only pathos on their face, congratulations for the spouse did not happen normally, although they promised with armor. When asked why the previous guests were still congratulated, the answer was Random. We came from St. Petersburg ourselves and have never met such an attitude, so if you are a restaurant with such a pricing policy and with such important people, please teach your employees customer service!!!!

The kitchen is delicious, the dishes are not disposable - I want to repeat) But the story was ... I ordered a steak, probably with asparagus (I ordered it because of asparagus!). They brought steak and potatoes - it was very tasty, I got distracted and ate everything. It was only on the way home that I remembered about asparagus. I mean, they replaced the side dish without agreeing with me - it's unacceptable for me.

A chic restaurant in Minsk. Guests of the city should definitely visit there. A lake with swans, a thoughtful landscape attracts for a walk. The menu really liked the pancakes with three forks of caviar, olivier with crabs, Kamchatka crab sausages, cod. There is a large selection of wine in the wine room. Last time we chose this place to celebrate our wedding day and were delighted with everything: the interior, the food, the service, the staff, the atmosphere, everything was at the highest level. All the guests noted this. Yesterday, friends from abroad came to us, and choosing a good place, we knew exactly where to take them, but the second time was very different from the previous one. The atmosphere, the food is still good, but the service is just terrible. We were led to a table, there was a sofa table with appliances for 4 people, although we booked for five. And when you booked (personally came to the restaurant) we were shown to this table and we did not agree to it, and so they put us there anyway, and the GIRL JUST TURNED AROUND AND LEFT, ignoring this remark. We were approached very rarely and it was wild to watch how smartly the events were served from the side and how we were simply ignored out of duty. Everyone noticed it as well. I attended a private event, everything is at the highest level - from the interior to the service and the food itself. The views around are wonderful, ideal for walking during the breaks of the program. According to the menu, you can write a separate review at all, since the format allowed you to try almost all the dishes. Rating 5+, raspberry pate was remembered separately) It's interesting now to visit the restaurant on a normal day, I'm sure the experience will be no worse!

A very beautiful, pretentious place. Live music, stage, interior, lake, swans, staff uniforms all literally scream that this is an expensive restaurant. The visitors are appropriate - the Minsk Beau Monde. We liked it in principle, but the taste of the dishes, in our opinion, is 4%, of course, this can be called the author's cuisine, to say that we do not understand anything. But we have visited many restaurants, both in Minsk and throughout Russia, so here is our opinion: the kitchen needs to be tightened up to the level of the interior and prices. From such a place, you expect that all the dishes will be perfect, and you do not want to forgive even small flaws. Well, not peeled peanuts, at least you need to wash them before using them as a base when serving dessert tubes. The sand crunched on my teeth.
