The perfect hotel😍 the best service, staff. Everyone is very attentive, caring, and will clarify everything once again. The rooms are clean and tidy. When we moved in, there is a Russian woman, Aziza, who explained everything and helped. We lived in Nirvana, there are no children there, basically everyone was like us, we were couples. Quiet, tranquility, private pool, bar.

Great hotel. We had a vacation in April 2025. The food is excellent. We had included breakfasts and dinners. If necessary, steamed/boiled vegetables and meat are prepared on request at no extra charge.
The beach is good, activities are included in the form of snorkeling, catamarans, etc. at the boat station.
The Russian-speaking employee's name is Aziza. All the staff is very customer-oriented!

A delightful hotel. The service is excellent, everyone is very attentive, it feels like they are only dealing with you. The food on the buffet is 10 points. There is everything for everyone! Oysters- special thanks❤️ room cleaning 2 times a day, kindergarten from 10 to 21.00, water activities; and most importantly, no one bothers anyone from the guests. Cocktail parties, live music every evening, bouquets of fresh flowers created by florists! Come and relax!

It is impossible to enter the ocean everywhere coral reefs, rocks cover them with algae, in general, you can get hurt! There are small islands for swimming, but there are boats floating nearby! Food is very scarce, there is little food! There is a queue for pancakes at breakfast, the coffee is not delicious, the cheapest, the water smells like plastic from the kettle! In the evening, all drinks are paid and if they bring you a bottle of water, then pay! You go to the cook for meat as for milking, he throws you a small piece and everything is Bon Appetit! in other restaurants of the hotel, the application for luxury, but the food and drinks are not delicious as an example, sprite was brought instead of lemonade!The whole staff is waiting for tips!
