I live in Adler, so I spend weekends in Abkhazia all summer, and the Cote d'Azur is a favorite of my leisure time)) the hotel was in all room categories. yes, those who love silence-take comfort /family with sea view. In the Camellia cafe, fun is strictly allowed until 12 a.m., as in all of Abkhazia, according to the law. I do not understand the indignation of the guests about "why the administration is not doing anything" and I myself witnessed how the guest swore at the admin's girlfriend about this. What does the hotel have to do with it? the cafe is not at the hotel, and they do not violate anything. The cafe itself, by the way, is also my love)))It's fun there.
also, what do dogs have to do with the hotel (by the way, they are very friendly)? There are dogs all over Abkhazia, there are plenty of them.
turning off the lights is the same in all of Abkhazia, there is nothing to be done. I got on it once, but they turn it off for a short time.
about food - an ordinary Swede, there is a choice, delicious, monotonous.after the opening, they poured chacha and wine for about a month, but I didn't find it.
check-in is from 14, but you have to wait, there are not enough maids. how long to wait depends on whose shift is at the reception, the number of clean rooms, and if there are wishes, for example, on the floor. although once I was checked in even earlier for a couple of hours, because there were ready-made rooms.
There is a lot of writing about sun beds and umbrellas - unfortunately, that's the way it is. in general, if people were decent, and did not occupy the sun beds with their belongings for half a day, while they themselves were not present, life would be easier for everyone. everywhere it is written about the 15-minute rule, which, of course, is not respected.
I am writing a review while at the hotel, on October 6 - the water in the pool is warm. unexpectedly and pleasantly - it was cold a week ago.
walking distance to the border is 15 minutes, which is very convenient.

The hotel is very decent for Abkhazia!
People who write directly sharply negative reviews. You measure money and quality. Why does everyone want a Radisson service for pennies?Do you know how much a night on the first coast in Sochi costs? I think not, since you continue to negate what millions you paid, and they didn't even bring you slippers. If you want service, go to 4* , 5*-only it will be several times more expensive.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and have everything you need.
The hotel itself is new, the beach is 50 m away, exit directly from the hotel!
The food is varied, there are always a lot of greens and salads.
There are two heated pools for children and adults, but we did not swim, the weather was already not very good.
Very close to the border.
Cons- the territory is new, there is no landscaping.

The location of the hotel is good. It takes literally 5-10 minutes by car from the border. The hotel looks new, modern, has a swimming pool. This is probably all the advantages.
Of the cons: mold is everywhere and everywhere. In the corridors on the walls, in the shower rooms in the rooms. If you take a standard room, they won't let you sleep! In front of the hotel there is a cafe from which music is playing so loudly that a closed balcony will not save you . She will play at full power from 18 to at least 12 o'clock at night absolutely EVERY day. It is impossible to sleep.
The food in the dining room did not change during our stay, we were there for a week. Everything was fine in the early days, but then it just gets boring. The food is very greasy, some of it is not very tasty, but everything is for an amateur. There was wine and chacha a couple of times a week.
There are not enough beds catostrophically. Plus, the beach is poorly equipped , I would like a cleaner one . Plus, a mountain river flows into this place , therefore the sea is cold in places , like in a river .
There are no promised bathrobes and slippers . The kettle is only at the reception.
About room cleaning : in order for you to be cleaned, you need to write an application at the reception and it is not a fact that they will come and clean you. Shower accessories are also not given out every day, only after cleaning, which must be achieved.
In general, I do not recommend it , for that kind of money you could find a nicer hotel with good conditions.
