The hotel is brand new, opened this year. Very nice rooms, clean, new furniture, matches the photos in the booking. There is a TV, air conditioning, a fashionable shower with buttons))) refrigerator with freezer, gas stove, electric stove, dishes. Of the cons: there is no frying pan and kettle. But the water boils perfectly in the turk)
A hairdryer was brought on request. She asked about the washing machine, they said it was there, but I didn't go to wash, I decided it was easier to rinse a couple of things on my hands. But theoretically, it is there, even if it is not in the room.
There is a balcony overlooking the garden, on the balcony there is a huge umbrella, a clothes dryer, chairs and a kitchen. Wi-Fi is working. There is a small parking lot for 5-6 cars. A huge garden with fruit trees. There is a spring with drinking water.
Nearby is the cleanest Gonio beach, close to shops and a mini market.
The owner of the Goch is a very welcoming person. And he will give you water and feed you))) He repeatedly gave us fruits from the garden, nuts, and coffee. In general, in the best traditions of guest houses in Georgia.
Since the hotel is new, not everything has been brought to mind, there are few guests and the price tag is pleasant. I think when they are promoted, the price will be much higher, because the renovation and furniture here are like in good hotels. It is clear that everything has been done qualitatively.
I plan to come to Batumi with a friend in a month, I will book accommodation here again)

At first, when we were driving and looking for this place, it seemed that it was in a terribly remote place. But then we remembered, and we chose a place far away from the noise of roads and city traffic jams in nature. It's not possible to think of a better place! A quiet mini-hotel in the mountains, with terribly hospitable hosts! Many thanks to Goce, the owner of the hotel. He told us everything and showed us, we arrived in a huge minibus - motorhome, which did not fit in the yard, he agreed with a neighbor and we parked at his place, it was very pleasant. The hotel is new, everything is cozy and new! For the money that we settled for 6 nights, we could only find 1-2 days in the season in the center of Batumi or near the center, such as apartments in towers.
- yes, someone has a minus - there is no infrastructure nearby, but if you are with a car or like us - a motorcycle for rent, I don't care, I sat down and after 10 minutes in a cafe shop or on the Batumi embankment without traffic jams. There are 4-10 GEL taxis on the edge, depending on where you go, even if you take a taxi from here 2-3 times a day for a week, it will still be cheaper than other options!
In short, you want silence, you are not afraid of remoteness, you want to save money - you are at the address.
