They treated me like a loved one. The highest professionalism in everything, plus a sincere human attitude. While I was waiting for the conclusion after the procedure, my stomach started to hurt. I have gastritis and he doesn't like daily starvation. The nurse brought me tea and her cookies. Which moved me to tears.

I've been to many medical centers, but this one is like a clinic for money. The service is low, the doctors are weak, it's better to go for additional consultations after them. Well, the most negative thing is that they are not customer-oriented at all. Text messages are sent about the appointment only the next day, apparently they save so much. If you didn't get through to remind me about the appointment, they don't call you back anymore. Well, if you're 10-15 minutes late, unfortunately, it's not always the patient's fault, then you won't be accepted by appointment. There is no such thing anywhere, they always accept it without problems in other medical centers, it's their money.

The result of the study is a "diagnosis" - it is required to undergo a second colonoscopy with more materials.
Of course, for a fee.
I started talking to my supervisor about getting a refund because I hadn't received a specific diagnosis.
We will return it immediately. Now, I'm sorry, come and do it, but on a general basis.
I'm going to write a complaint to the Ministry of Health.

I think that extortion of money should be stopped using this method, and judging by the reviews, I'm not the first one to fall for it!

I got to Vladislav Igorevich's appointment by chance. It was necessary to do an urgent hygienic cleaning. For the first time, I had this procedure performed as accurately and efficiently as possible. Subsequently, the gums did not bleed, as they used to after professional cleaning.

I go to the gym here. The gym is very spacious, the coaching staff is professional, the simulators are not bad. Parking is convenient and large, in the evening the car can not be parked from the first circle, but this does not compare with the difficulties of parking cars in the halls located in Minsk.
From the minus side, these are lockers in the men's locker room, in the morning when there is almost no one in the hall, most of the lockers are closed. Most likely someone codes them from the evening for fun.

Every time after visiting the lifecity medical center, a negative impression remained.
What I noted:
- Unfriendly staff. The girls went about their business all the time and sometimes didn't pay attention to me. There were also friendly girls, but against the general background it seemed that I was not welcome here
- The prices on the site do not correspond to reality at all. They have not updated the information for a year, although prices rise every time. It is not very pleasant to find out at the very end that the reception costs 2 times more expensive.
- Unqualified doctors. I was at the dentist and gynecologist. Every time there was a negative impression. I'll tell you about each experience below:
1. I came to the dentist for a routine checkup. I wanted to know about the main problems: the quality of wisdom teeth and molars. The doctor looked at it for 1 minute, without even checking the seals, and said that nothing needed to be done, he could write it down for cleaning. It was unclear what kind of technique this was, but I was glad that my teeth were in order.
But after 3 months, the seal fell out and this time I went to a doctor I knew. It turned out that I had 2 teeth with a bad filling, and 1 tooth reached pulpitis. I also found out about wisdom teeth, not exactly good news. I don't think that everything got bad in such a short period of time, so I was very upset that I couldn't find caries in the early stages at lifecity, because I had to treat pulpitis.
2. The same story happened with the gynecologist. I went to a doctor of the highest category (I usually visited Eva, but at that time there was an urgent situation and I needed to be closer to home). I started bleeding and immediately ran to the gynecologist (I know what it is, because I had experience before).
The gynecologist at lifecity began to deny that it was bleeding, because I came on day 5 (that is, the doctor can't even distinguish blood from ms), started blaming hormonal pills for everything and told me to contact my doctor. Thank you for writing out at least a prescription to stop the bleeding. I didn't understand this lack of professionalism and shifting responsibility to my doctor or pills. And I will remind you that this was a doctor of the highest category
Unfortunately, I don't want to give a third chance anymore. I liked the sports complex here, but I would like the medical center to be improved as well☹️

The courts are very dirty (green shoes after training), the showers are killed in the trash - dirt, mold, shower watering cans do not hold, half of the locks in the cupboards are either broken or do not work. I got to the therapist (I was registered for acute abdominal pain). The doctor did not prescribe any recommendations except pills, neither ultrasound, nor an umbrella what to do, I had to pull words out of the doctor!
When examining the abdomen, the doctor did not notice the scars from the operation (4 stitches!) and found out only when I told about it myself. Also, in conclusion, there were some data that did not correspond to my words. Perhaps by the end of the day the doctor was tired, but I paid money for it. The impression of the clinic is spoiled, it's a pity

I've been here to see a cardiologist, a gynecologist, and I've done ultrasounds many times. Prices here are lower than in most medical centers in Minsk. It seems like nothing like that, but you have other gastroenterologists and in this way you take away their clients in favor of Yartseva. Doctor Mood. The initial reception was good, they asked me everything, explained everything. The secondary reception left much to be desired. My tests were not explained to me, the doctor answered the questions "leave me alone." If we were in a government office, she would roll her eyes, that's the mood she was in. I came out of the reception with the feeling that I was scolded like a girl for my ignorance of stomach issues.
And the cherry on the cake at the reception: admission after 1.5 months to the same doctor is not repeated. The difference between primary and repeated is small (in rubles), but the fact itself is important. Repeated admission is with a difference of no more than 1 month.
