I ordered the Montagna factory kitchen in September.
They brought it in disassembled form in a truck and did not warn that they needed their own movers.
There was no instruction in the kit and, unfortunately, with the help of a third-party furniture assembler, it was not possible to assemble the kitchen.
I had to wait for the installer from Life Furniture.
During the installation process on 12/13/2024, it turned out that 2 facades for the hanging drying box came with a defect, and until today, 04/09/2025, the kitchen has not been fully assembled.
With each request, they suggest waiting a little longer and refer to the Manufacturer's factory.
I can't wait any longer.
I believe that this situation has gone beyond the bounds of reason and I advise you to think several times before contacting this organization.

A large assortment of good furniture.
Excellent service. We bought a corner sofa and ordered a kitchen as a gift to our mother for the anniversary. We always buy furniture here (everything works properly for 6 years of operation). Once again, I am convinced that the prices are excellent for decent quality.
