I ordered a sugar seal on Thursday. I sent a photo to the mail with a description of the dimensions. I called them back myself. They said it would be ready on Saturday. We stopped by with my husband on Saturday at Kletskova. But it turned out that our seal had somehow gone to Volkovysk. Conversations began, saying that tomorrow would be. And tomorrow it's too late. The cake should be ready at night. We agreed that I will get a call back after 6 p.m., when the new seal is ready. No one called back. I wrote myself at 7.30 pm and they replied that the seal was ready. They refused to send me this seal by taxi, they wanted to cancel my printing order. In general, we made a discount of 3 rubles for printing. 9 rubles for paper on the phone + 16 rubles for taxi. Printing cost me 25 rubles because of their fault, due to unfair and irresponsible attitude to their work and clients. No one even apologized. Draw your own conclusions. Oh, yes, and the seal was made out of size!!!
