At the Partizanskaya metro station, I have already noticed more than once that a plump woman is standing at the checkout and making simply disgusting coffee. When she overheats the milk, she always puts the cup under the coffee spill and spills it "on the eye." Her coffee is as disgusting as possible (even the neighboring coffee maker is much better than hers). Of all the baristas at Lavazzo on Partizanskaya Street, she is the weakest - her coffee has never been delicious.

What infuriates them is when you say I need a cappuccino for 4.20, they ask you if it's softer or stronger, you say it's softer, and it's already worth 4.70. At least they would have warned you that it's more expensive. The coffee is very tasty, I've been taking it for a month now, I want to say a big thank you to the barista who was on shift today 03/22/24 accidentally spilled coffee without any questions, he redid the coffee, although I said I could pay extra, he did not take money for the redone coffee, I am very grateful to him. Special thanks to the man who worked 20 .03.24 (I don't remember his name, but he is tall, dark-haired) I went in the evening to get coffee and the mood was down the drain, but he just raised it with a couple of phrases.

Objectively, I want to COMPLAIN about a guy (blond, curly-haired, and even with a multicolored manicure) who has been working for about three months at this point.
I can say that I am a daily visitor (consumer), in this place, I have met all sorts of guys who work there or worked there, but this "comrade" behaves constantly like this or he is a secret special agent from another network so that people do not go to him, he does not have change all the time (although coins are in the cash register fill up), with a drink (even with the banal Americano, he has adventures), no positive emotions from the word at all, constant disorder in the workplace, takes food in the workplace so that passing people have no desire for coffee.
Personally, when I see him there, I don't go in, but there are exceptions that coffee is needed, so today please, I came, as the mess said, there is no change.
He's fucked up, frankly, there's nothing more to add.
Now there are two more girls working here, cute, pleasant and "have a nice day", they will advise you something from new products, you will almost always be answered, everything is fine and in vain.
Please pay attention.
3 stars solely because of this citizen, since December 2020 I have been going to this coffee shop.

But there is one barista girl (I don't remember her name), for example, today 30.06.22 was her shift, always spoils the mood with her eternally dissatisfied expression!
