We had a rest on July 23rd, and on October 24th... everything is fine, if we hadn't liked it, we wouldn't have gone a second time!
My husband and I are over 55+ and this hotel is just for us: quiet, cozy, peaceful!The sea is close,I walked with sore joints in 10 minutes, the market,shops,canteens are all close in 15 minutes.we even walked to the center, it's very beautiful there, the Ferris wheel, children's attractions and much more, well, back by taxi 250r.(it was city day), so 200r.
This year, the room already had a mosquito net on the balcony door, cleaning every other day, the staff is responsive, solves all problems, friendly, all wishes are taken into account.There are few people on the beach, there are sun beds (300 rubles for the whole day)umbrellas, upholstered chairs are also available for a fee, a changing booth, and cafes.
The beach is clean, if there is a small storm, then the garbage is removed immediately (sticks, branches, etc.)
In general, this is a vacation for us who like silence, not parties ... although parties are in the center!
This year we will go in early September!
In October, the weather was gorgeous, the sea was calm, clear, there was no rain, and there was no intense heat!

We stayed at the Lavender Guest house for 9 nights.We liked the guest house, the rooms are cozy, clean, cleaned every other day.The cook cooked delicious, dinner is different every day.Breakfast is on request.We liked it, the hosts offered excursions, explained everything, and ordered a car to the airport.In general, everything is fine, I recommend the hotel.

This is the second time I've been to this hotel. The sincerity of the hosts who strive to help in any situation will be reflected. The room is clean and has everything you need to relax. Cleaning is daily, linen is changed weekly, towels are changed every day. Narine makes good breakfasts. She is ready to take into account all your taste parameters. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea slowly. Thank you very much Svetlana and Alexander for giving us an unforgettable vacation
