Latte is a place where you will be fed with rubber and spoil your mood!
If you want to spoil your evening, test your teeth and nerves, welcome to Latte. I've been here before, and everything was more or less fine, but what I saw this time turned me from a loyal guest into a person who doesn't set foot here anymore.
I ordered carbonara with beef. Spoiler alert: it can only be called beef according to the documents. The meat was so tough that it was impossible to chew it or even cut it properly. I told the waiter about it, and then the real circus began. Instead of solving the problem, another waitress came and asked if I wanted a replacement. I asked them to either make a normal carbonara or replace it with beef stroganoff.
A few minutes later, the first waiter returned with a brilliant answer.: "The chefs have tried it, and the meat should be like this." I wonder in which world is this the norm? I showed that meat can't even be cut with a knife, but the staff didn't care at all. Moreover, when I offered them to try the dish themselves, they refused and started being rude. It was clear from the expression on the face of one of the employees that he was definitely not up to customer service.
But that's not all! When the dishes arrived, they didn't even give me forks and spoons, so I had to remind them. The atmosphere is like in a cheap diner, where the customers just spit on.
The most interesting thing is that the man at the next table said that this was not the first time this had happened here. That is, it is a system, not an accident!
In the end, I paid for this horror without a scandal, but after such an experience, Latte is blacklisted forever. The staff is rude, the kitchen is a disgrace, and the attitude towards the guests is nothing. If you want normal service and edible food, look for another place.
