A very cozy hotel! Clean rooms, excellent garden and a place to relax, friendly and helpful staff who communicate in Russian and English without accents. And this indicates their high degree of professionalism! I highly recommend it

The hotel is located on a quiet street. But in fact it is a large private house, facilities, including a swimming pool, with complaints: sun beds without mattresses, dusty everywhere, old sheets. The breakfast is mediocre. Of course, the hosts are hospitable, but I wanted a hotel, not a guest.

This is a guest house.
My grandfather (probably the administrator's father) is very kind and sweet, he treated me to delicious grapes from the garden.
Now about the disadvantages.
My back aches after the bed.
There are no duvet covers — a sheet instead.
Breakfast before 9:30 (I have never seen breakfast before 10:00 anywhere in Uzbekistan). I didn't have time to try.
It is impossible to open the window and warm the room at the same time — the administrator swears. It's stuffy with the window closed. It's cold with the open.
There is a stable smell of urine in the bathroom.
The toilet is not bolted down — it is shaking.
The bathroom is dirty. I washed the shower hose and the tiles near the bathroom and the stains in the bathroom myself. Grout between tiles in black mold. I washed it a little bit.
The mirror is old and dirty.
The furniture is shabby.
The bedside lamp is broken.
When I wanted to take a hot bath in the evening, the hot water ran out, I had to ask for a fix and wait for the boiler to heat up.
While I was taking a bath, cute ants crawled over me.
When I told the administrator about the murashiks, he began to deny and said that there were no ants. Well, OK, apparently I imagined it :). But I am not the first guest who "imagined" insects in the room.
At 11:40 the receptionist called and asked not to forget to check out before 12, although there were no other reservations for the room. When asked to move out a little later, he refused. This is the first time I've come across this.

This is not a hotel, but the rooms of a private house. The furniture and furnishings are old, the curtains and rugs are dusty. For 3 days they gave a small one-time shampoo and the same soap. The "room" was not cleaned. The host is friendly, but the breakfasts are for 3.

The price corresponds to the quality. For a night with breakfast for two, they gave 280 000 sum, which is about $ 30. A small hotel needs to be driven a little further from the main road. The room is not expensive, it feels like it. The only disadvantage for me is that the bedding is synthetic. In short, not the worst option for this money.
