Windows was demolished to fix problems with the Wi-Fi adapter (they said that the problem was software — with drivers). After the warranty expired, the problem did not just return, but the Wi-Fi completely fell off! The problem turned out to be physical, not software!!!
Money is wasted, as a bonus, files were lost during reinstallation, which we could not extract from the program cache.

More than two hours between calls. But this is just the beginning.… When I called for the third time, they said that the video chip was dead (the power button was on, but the screen was not on) and the repair would cost from 800 rubles. It seemed strange to me, because there is a built-in graphics card. I read it, it doesn't look like a graphics card. The laptop costs 3060 Ti. It's not the cheapest card. As a result, I decided to take the laptop. I double-checked at home to make sure everything was in place, and decided to try resetting the basic Bios settings. Everything is working! I only hope for one thing - that they did not diagnose at all. Draw your own conclusions.
