Not very. The staff is not friendly. Of the blankets, only thin blankets. There is no drinking water. It is located in the residential complex. And the locals are aggressive towards the hotel guests. We lived in a two-room room. Luxury, deluxe, I don't remember. The windows almost do not open - there is a limiter immediately. Kondey is plowing. There is a large refrigerator and a stove. There are no dishes to cook in. (we ate in a Week or in a Nawat). The washing machine is mega ancient.. At night, a huge cockroach crawled out in the bathroom. The audibility is huge. One of the advantages is an awesome soft mattress. I love these. You lie down and it's like on a cloud. We won't be back anymore

Not a bad apartment hotel. He lived for more than 2 months. There were problems with regular cleaning - I had to go to remind them. As it is, everything is fine. Relatively recent renovation.

The magnum in their house is being wiped, they laid such street tiles that in winter you can twist your neck or knock off your coccyx, I'm afraid to imagine what happens in the apartments.
