We had a rest in July. I really liked it. A cozy green courtyard. The rooms are clean. Everything is there for a comfortable stay. Shared kitchen. You can cook a meal quickly. The barbecue area. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea . We need to cross the railway. The owners did well, they made steps with railings. We even took photos on the rails. The train runs twice a day. Therefore, there is no noise. Thank you very much for the rest. They left with good memories.

We had a rest in October 2024.I really liked the place.First of all, for those people who love quiet rest and nature.And for those who do not like a large crowd of people, noise, noise, crowds of tourists, who are tired of the big city.It is close to the sea, it is visible directly from the territory.There is a shop and a cafe nearby.New Athos is about 2 km away.

The house is dirty, there is not even visible cleanliness: floors, bathroom in terrible condition, cobwebs, dust, ants everywhere.
I couldn't understand what the disgusting smell was from - it turned out that the "lovely" rug by the bed stinks (
I took the clothes dryer, but it's not that dusty, just dirty, I was tired of washing it, things are also going on with the table and the bench on the porch, it's better not to sit down
And this is far from a week's dust((
Towels and bed linen have not been changed for 5 days of stay
It feels like everything is very old and very worn out, it's time to change it
After a couple of uses, the towel smelled terrible, they took their toll well
The garbage was not taken out and it is generally unclear where to put it
The house has a kitchenette (kettle, tiles and dishes), everything is available, but it's better not to look there, especially in the kettle.
In fact, there is nothing: dishwashing detergents, sponges, rags to wipe this terrible dust, sweep and wash the floor in the house.
I'm not talking about toiletries)
In fact, you need to go buy everything yourself and specifically wash this house
If you are a very unattractive guest, then you will be quite satisfied

Great base! We have been staying here for 2 years. There are many beautiful plants on the territory, the rooms are clean, the kitchen has everything you need, the sea is nearby, the beach is free, the price is reasonable for all this.

A wonderful place, rented a house ,
spacious, all amenities, a living room,a kitchen with dishes, a table and two benches , breakfasts overlooking the sea.It is 5 minutes to the sea, near a shop and a dining room.We walked to Novy Ofon, and went to hydrogen sulfide springs 5 km
by Scandinavian walking.Anzor, Dmitry,Krestina,Julia
( We did not meet with Julia this time )wonderful people .They are trying very
hard to improve the territory .
We treat all requests very carefully and are always ready to help.If you like a quiet holiday, nature, the sea, and generous hospitality, this is where you come.

Cozy rooms, with all amenities, air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, you can cook by yourself. There are separate houses . The territory is well maintained.the sea is nearby. The hosts are hospitable and friendly people. I recommend this place for a comfortable and good rest.

It's a beautiful place. We are resting here for the fourth time and we will definitely come again .
Convenient location. It is 2 minutes to the sea, near a shop and a dining room. The center is about 30 minutes on foot, you can take a minibus for 50₽.
Hospitable, helpful and pleasant hosts Dima and Anzor.
The houses are very spacious, designed for 4 beds. There is a veranda with its own kitchenette. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is also a shared large kitchen. There are gazebos and a barbecue area on the territory. The territory is beautiful and gentrified. Own parking.
We are very glad that there is such a wonderful place.

We had a vacation with my husband in July 2022. We really liked it. A calm, quiet place for those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Cozy and clean rooms, near the beach, less than five minutes by car to the city (we got there by minibus, the bus stop is nearby). Very wonderful and friendly hosts, we have never seen such hospitality anywhere! I highly recommend it!

It's a great place! Wonderful, sincere and hospitable host Dmitry. Special thanks to him! The sea is 2 minutes on foot, the beach is pebbles, the store is 2 minutes on foot, there is also a dining room with loyal prices nearby. It's a 35-minute walk to New Athos, but you can also hitch a ride. We got there in 100₽.
