Yesterday, on 10/29/2024, we ate with our wife in the evening.
The food is delicious as always, but the abundance of smoking rings disgusted. We have been going to Laffa regularly since the opening, but this is the first time we have seen so many stakes. It does not cause an appetite at all when people smoke at the next table. The ringer came and started blowing coals on the floor and all the garbage flew around. Tin of course. This was the first time we saw this in Laff. It would be better if there were no stakes at all. It is unclear how delicious food can be combined with smoking... This is a perversion over food.
Or to allocate a separate floor for smokers, let them smoke themselves there and do not spoil the air and atmosphere. Next time we'll think about whether we should go to Laffa for a snack or not. Sitting in clouds of smoke is not pleasant, for normal people of course.

First of all, I want to say about the capacity, the cafe is so popular that if someone did not have time, they stand in line, given that the Laffa on Karasai Batyr is a 3-storey building. The administrator comes up and says if you have eaten, make room (this is an isolated case). We were shocked. There is a good summer garden on the street, but you just can't move where it's convenient for you, because the administrator puts it as it is convenient for her. The food is delicious and cheaper than in other cafes. An isolated case of poisoning with a mushroom dish. Another time they brought sour beer, they took it back. We are waiting for the Laffa to be built on the 1st Almaty. There are a lot of people there, but everything tastes better.

Today we visited this establishment according to good reviews in 2GIS. I can say that these reviews are clearly not honest. Since there are a lot of disadvantages in the kitchen. I attached a receipt: the French fries looked like they were warmed up in the microwave, not fried, the dumplings were tough, and the eggplant SALAD was not salty. The receipt indicated two types of beer, although they ordered only one variety, of course this was done to raise the amount in the receipt. The waiter named Barno pretended like she didn't understand anything.
Now about what made me write this review-KEBABS! We ordered two sticks, one with stale meat, it was clear both by the smell and by the appearance. Unfortunately, I noticed this after my three-year-old son had already eaten one piece. After I noticed I called the waiter, she called the receptionist Sarin, who walked as long as possible, which suggests that this situation is not new to them. She assured me that their meat was fresh and the smell of mutton was like that, but she couldn't find an argument about the appearance. She offered to bring me another stick of shish kebab TO PROVE TO ME THAT THE MEAT WAS FRESH, and not because they wanted to smooth things over. She went to call the cook or the manager, and the receptionist, Mika, came, who is even more rude. As it turned out, the chefs have no right to go out into the hall, they contradict their own words. The receptionist, Mika, with her rude intonation, said the same thing as Sarina: our meat is fresh. What can I say, I wrote an application to e.otinish as Sarina suggested to me: TO CALL the SES.

We came for my sister's birthday. 18 years old, that's it. They called in advance, asked us to book a table in advance, they refused us, they said they would find a place to put three people. As a result, we stood there for another half hour waiting for someone to vacate the table. The salads are painted dirty: the leg was not cut off from the salad, the pomegranate with white lumps, the cheese in the salad in breadcrumbs is cold and hard as rubber. Then they brought the shish kebab an hour later, we didn't want anything anymore, but decided to try it - the whole shish kebab with blood was undercooked, even chicken wings. How could you cook a barbecue and not cook it in the end??? They asked what benefits there are for the birthday boy - nothing, I don't have to order a cake. Bring your own-at first they wanted to ask you to remove it, but then they quickly changed their minds. Horror, not a foot more!

In 2024, I visited this kebab shop in the summer, and the impressions are just great! The meat is juicy, well–fried, with the aroma of real charcoal - it feels like they know a lot about barbecue here. The portions are large, the prices are adequate, and most importantly, the taste is just a bomb!
