A simple, sparsely populated hotel, clean, cleaned every day, located on a hill at a distance between Kata and Karon, 15 minutes walk to the beach. The breakfasts are close to European, the pool is 25 meters, the view from the window is picturesque, everyone's favorite shops 7eleven and macro are 10 minutes away.

I really liked the hotel, great location and view from the balcony. They cleaned well enough every day. The breakfasts are delicious, I think everyone can find something for themselves. The pool is cool, clean, you can also swim at a later time, no one throws you out) The owners of the hotel are a family, very hospitable, pleasant people who will always help and prompt))
It takes 10 minutes to walk to Karon beach slowly, we went through the local market, there are shops, exchangers, massages, and fruits))) I didn't like Kata, but it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to it, too.
We were satisfied and did not regret choosing this particular hotel)

Good breakfasts, you won't stay hungry. 15-20 minutes to the sea, walking calmly. The hotel is for those who like to walk. We had a rest in March 2024, everything is great.

A super place. Very helpful and pleasant host. We rested there for a month. The price of the apartment included 4 cleaning services. The beach is a 15-minute walk away, along the way there are cafes and restaurants, shops and laundries. We will definitely return there again

The hotel is located away from the coastline, behind the hotel the thickets begin immediately. But there is no noise from other hotels (music, karaoke). I was surprised that the rooms consist of two separate rooms, each with air conditioning. There is a small kitchenette. A nice pool, not a puddle. From the hotel to the beaches of Kata and Karon on foot 10-15 minutes, in the morning we were taken away by tuk-tuk by the owner of the hotel. We did not ask to pick up from the beach, but it seems that there is also such an option. The hotel does not have its own fenced territory, but because of its location it does not bother.

I rested there for 13 nights. There is a Macro wholesale supermarket within walking distance. To Karon beach and Kata 15 min walk, to Kata noi 30 min. The room has a kitchen area, a great balcony. I liked the hotel. For people with young children or less active, I do not recommend it because of the remoteness from the beach line.

The location is not very close to the sea, you have to walk along the carriageway, because there is no sidewalk for pedestrians there. And you have to go back up, because the hotel is located on a hill. The staff is very good. The cleanliness is perfect, cleaning is done every day. The girls did well. The owner of the hotel is better not. He will take you to the beach and pour coffee in the dining room and talk to you. And he met us with a smile and a little cold water in his hands. On the beach as it should be: sun, sea, sand. Only they forgot to build a toilet. The poor sea will endure everything. If you didn't buy a lounger for a hundred baht (but on the first line. 150 baht), then roll in the sand, it sticks well to the sunscreen. I did not feel the singing sand, because it was hot and it was impossible to walk on it without slippers. The impression is unforgettable. Everything is very fine: waves above the head, fruits, Asian food, excursions:elephants, monkeys and your own quiet clean room at the end of the day. Shower, water, kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, everything works. I will remember my vacation on Karon for a long time. With uv. Svetlana.

It was the fourth time in Phuket and we specially chose a hotel between Kata and Karon and right next to the jungle and never regretted it. Riding a bike is super convenient. Near 7eleven, market, gas station.I was very pleased with the hospitality of the owner of the hotel, almost every day they turned to him with some questions and he always answered and was friendly. When checking in late at night, he even gave us money, because we haven't had time to exchange it yet. The hotel is clean, cleaned every day. Parking for bikes. Everything is great. I recommend.

The hotel is great for remote workers and a long stay, stayed for two months.
Very fast Wi-Fi, a router in every room (judging by old reviews, this is a recent improvement).
There is a kitchenette with a refrigerator, stove, toaster, microwave, kettle and all utensils (but it is better to buy your own non-stick frying pan, since the local food is on fire). Two workplaces can be equipped.
The owner is very friendly. Everything that broke was repaired immediately, without the typical Thai "sabai". You can also buy packs of water from the owner cheaper than in the store.
There is a monthly payment. In this case, an additional deposit of 3 thousand is taken. Baht (refunded) and a fixed payment for electricity and water, and cleaning is carried out once a week. But the price is much more profitable.
Nothing rots, there is no mold and no insects.
I am very happy, I would like to come back again.

It's a fairy tale! We rested from 12/24/12. We arrived at the hotel from the airport at 7 a.m. We were received as important guests. We settled in, fed breakfast. The breakfasts in the hotels are delicious, they have not tired in two weeks. The hotel is located on a hill. There are mountains and palm trees around. The view from the balcony is amazing! The hotel is small, with 39 rooms. A small pool, illuminated with colored lights in the evening. Karon and Kata beaches are a long way away, 800-900 meters, but there are many cafes, shops, and a market along the way. So the walks were useful. The owners of the hotel are a married couple.They don't speak Russian, but we talked with a mobile translator. They are very attentive and friendly. I travel a lot, but I only dreamed of such hospitality. I will definitely come back here. I recommend.

A wonderful small and cozy hotel. The beaches of Kata and Karon are equally distant, 15-20 minutes on foot. The owners are a nice married couple. The room is cleaned every day, towels are changed every day. The water is always renewed. We would have come back here again, when we said goodbye to the hostess, we both shed tears)

Friendly, smiling and courteous staff, wonderful people! A very nice clean pool, a beautiful hotel, a cozy atmosphere and a beautiful territory. I liked everything very much!!! We had a rest in November 2018. Good rooms. The furniture is not new, but everything is decent. A huge bed. Beautiful panorama, swimming pool. Clear. The breakfasts are without much choice, but they are delicious. I didn't get tired of the omelet in 10 days) Friendly staff. The only drawback is the way from the sea to the hotel uphill. It's hard in the heat. You will have to walk a lot, or you need to take a bike. I do not recommend it to families with children.

A great place to relax without small children. This is due to the fact that it is about a kilometer to the sea. Although if by car it's great. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. It is located on a mountain and the balconies offer a magnificent view of the green mountain and the city. It's the same in the pool. Of course there are better views, but do not forget that there are three stars here!
The staff is helpful. There were no problems during the two weeks of stay.
The TV supports only one Russian channel. WiFi is also bad in the room. You need to take a local SIM card and ask the guides how to make the Internet cheaper. There are all sorts of different codes.
For those who like hiking for more than one hour, there is an opportunity to visit four beaches - these are kata, kata noi, karon and Patong. The sand crunches on the caron.
In general, I recommend a moped. The first week I was afraid of their movements and did not take them, and in the second week I came off in full. The main thing is attentiveness and not to be stupid. And everything will be fine.
In general, to summarize, I liked the hotel and I recommend paying a little too much for an executive room. We had a difference of 3 thousand, but the amenities will be better.

We had a vacation with friends in late December 2019 - early January 2020. The hotel is located far enough from the sea, besides on the mountain. You don't really go back and forth. Therefore, I will definitely not recommend it to families with children. But we took bikes for almost the entire time we were there, and therefore there was no problem for us) By the way, there is parking right next to the hotel. Among the advantages: very friendly and friendly staff, the owners are a married couple with children. Always in touch and always ready to help with any issue!) The hotel also has a swimming pool in one of the buildings, which is very decent. The breakfasts are standard, you won't walk around much, but you definitely won't stay hungry either) Cleaning every day, we left tips, maybe that's why it was clean enough) The rooms are large, there is a balcony, but the furniture is of course already tired. Then the lock is not working, then the tap water is dripping, then the conder is not fuming, then something else) But these are all small things, really! After all, the most important thing is the nature around! And she is truly amazing here! ❤
