They impose their own additional equipment, saying that if you do not buy from them, the warranty is canceled. Example: a self-purchased and installed radio cancels the warranty On the wiring, self-installed protection cancels the warranty on the body. Anti-corrosion protection installed outside the cabin also cancels the warranty on the body and so on. Special attention was paid to the imposition of anti-corrosion body treatment advertised as "professional, German" washed off the bottom a week after buying the car, plus the hidden niches were not all processed, for example, there is no processing at all under the wheel protection. And they said that he would serve at least a year. Upon receiving the car, at the request to lift the car for inspection, it was refused, they say, sign up for an inspection and leave for another 4 days, but if you really want to lie down on the floor and inspect. It turns out that I drove 100 km for some reason. As a result, I had to sign the acceptance certificate and pick up the car on trust. About a month later, when making claims, the manager who sold the car, when asked where the antikor had gone, said that it had got into the paint. In fact, I threw 700 rubles into the air for processing. Further proceedings are pending, I will keep in touch with those who are interested.

I arrived the other day and the car was standing all day, no one was working on it. At the end of the day, the receptionist replied to me that the electrician had been distracted by other cars under warranty all the time, but mine just happened to be standing. We did the work for two days, although the installation takes 4-5 hours. I'm not happy with the installation. The alarm system is not working correctly. The master receptionist answered my calls reluctantly and fed me empty promises. The principle of operation of this service is to do it as soon as possible, hand it over and forget. The calculations included work that was not carried out. The components from the kit that were not used during installation were not returned. I strongly do not recommend this service. The attitude towards the service's customers leaves much to be desired.

I drove the car in the morning to the dealership in Gomel at 116 Kosmonavtov Street. I asked you to process it efficiently and take your time. Already in the afternoon, they called me and told me the car was ready. Along with the processing, I ordered wheel arch fenders. Arriving in the evening for the car, I was very surprised, because the car was already on the street, I started checking the quality of work and one of the fenders had a gap the size of a finger, I became indignant and asked to drive the car back to the lift to eliminate their jamb and my claim was answered that the gap is normal, like that It's just accessories, but I insisted that there be no gap, and they fixed it. Looking under the bottom, I was disappointed. The bottom was treated with a lot of gaps and when I was there, they began to apply antikor to those places where they missed it . At the same time, a friend processed the same car at a dealer in Minsk, for the same amount - 600 rubles. they processed everything completely and efficiently (doors, arches, hood, trunk, bottom) in my case, only the arches and bottom were processed in Gomel. Half a year later, I decided to check the condition of the car, looked in and gasped again, the processing swelled and flew off in pieces, I attach a photo. I went to them again under warranty, they only give a year's warranty, to my question what is the reason for such a problem- it's low-quality material or low-quality work, they did not give a clear answer, but promised to eliminate it, to the question of how you will do it, too, the answer hung in the air.... As a result, they treated me a second time by applying a second layer on top of the first one) . When I received the car, I asked if the wheel arches had been processed a second time, I was told that they had not, because this is too time-consuming process. I do not recommend anti-corrosion treatment at this dealer in Gomel - it is too expensive and of poor quality! I also ordered the installation of a film armor from them, I was satisfied with the quality of the work, thanks to the master.

I do not advise the service from the word at all, the masters do not even know anything about car repair at all, the director of the service is incompetent, does not know how to communicate with people, pure boor. The complaint book was not provided at my request, they said or take it yourself somewhere at the reception, I drove the car under warranty at one of them, did nothing for a week, the car just stood there, they referred to the fact that they sent a letter to the factory for further actions. It is unrealistic to get through to them, they promised to repair and, according to new information, call back and inform, as a result, they never even called. In fact, I took the car, nothing was eliminated under warranty!

As a result, after the service, the engine began to adjust. Moreover, it turned out that the little things I asked for when I gave the car away were also not looked at. The next day I contacted them again, but they were able to sign me up for a while only two days later. All this time, the car was parked near this service station, waiting for the reception. I must pay tribute, the second, forced, service was done almost for free (I still had to pay 20 rubles for the car wash), because the reason for the unstable operation of the engine was a defective candle. In short, it turned out unpleasantly that due to the defective parts and the heavy workload of this service station, I had to travel by public transport for three days.

Maybe because so that people would not be disappointed in the purchase in advance - I answered this question later to myself.... take a test drive and found out the whole truth - elementary - on the community, writing off with the owners - met, drove. Everyone is spitting from AVTOVAZ there is nothing technologically advanced there, on the 21st century street, and there 1.6 is outdated, dead or new 1.8 (in fact, a wasted 1.6 with a hard oil burner and which is afraid of overheating), everything is wooden and not comfortable in the cabin, there is a gearbox with bad switching, rotten bodies around the factory and chopped everything with an axe.... The owners of one-year-old cars are ready to sell them for half price After driving on the grant, the back became a stake, you can hear the hum of the gearbox and not a clear switch, the internal combustion engine does not work smoothly, there is no noise, the interior is not comfortable, the windows are falling, crickets in the cabin, the windshield is weak, the body is in bugs Vesta is in the standard without multimedia, it is slightly more convenient compared to the grant, but also the back hurts from it - the driver's seat without height adjustments, without lumbar adjustment, the headlights shine better, dumber than the grant, eats like a foreign car with a volume of 2.0, the gearbox howls, the internal combustion engine does not work smoothly, start / stop quest That's another one... In more expensive configurations, there are adjustments and multimedia - but all this does not have quality. I am shocked by the price, the equipment, the quality. By the way, there are extras in the cabin also at an exorbitant price - all the same things are sold in the auto parts store 3 times cheaper. We draw conclusions new - but already shit .....))) After reviewing the crash test, I was also shocked. I started looking at used items in the price range of Vesta or grants Prices on the websites of av.bu, kufar used are artificially inflated - one looks at the other, many people put a price from the ceiling, in real life if you communicate, then prices are reset to the real one, because there are no sales, from the word at all. After reviewing several options, I decided on the make and model - 2020 - a live universal diesel car in which everything is there, nothing creaks, the gearbox switches clearly, the internal combustion engine whispers, the body is alive - the seller gave for 6 American in connection with moving to another country. And looking through the ads, many people sell cars and apartments in connection with moving to another country, people bargain, realizing that abroad they will buy fresher, better things there. So I do not recommend buying something at an exorbitant price. The product should be worth its money and whoever is looking for will always find it Bottom line, for the price of Vesta, you can buy two cars from the salon at times better and they will be more economical, faster and depart more

Last of all, I called Lada and was pleasantly surprised. Contrary to all expectations, I was accepted immediately: without delay. I may have had to wait 3 hours, but my car under the hood was inspected and checked completely, from all sides with due attention and diligence. I am satisfied with the result - the noises and knocking have disappeared. Of course, I signed up for THAT 4 here. Yes, also: the waiting area is comfortable with adequate prices in the buffet (compared to the capital's services). There are only a few outlets for charging gadgets. In general, I recommend paying attention to this service.

I drove it worse than I drove it.They didn't do anything, they don't want to write to the application.the squeak was in the wheel and it is.the fasteners were torn off from the protection and thrown into the trunk.the taillight on the trunk lid was torn off and is hanging out.I want to say a lot.This is a service.to drive such specialists with a broom.but the bill is 2.200bel.rub., for which, you can repair the whole car for this money.today I drove to the motorist in boxes, showed the photos that were dropped.he smiled and said the machinists are illiterate.There are no words.no car will be there anymore from our organization, and I will advertise such a service to others

During this waiting time, they didn't even offer coffee/tea, even though it was lunchtime... the service is low, everything is sooo slow. Only the prices of cars save the salon.
