But now it's been exactly a month since my car has been in this car center. 09.11.2022 we conducted an additional inspection with belgosstrakh, then it was revealed that it was necessary to order additional spare parts (mainly plastic) for my car. But the master of this car center, D.A. Chukhman, informs me via Viber on 11/29/2022 that a piece of plastic from the bumper needs to be waited for another 8 days (he is only now ordering parts after 19 days!!!). In addition, a deception from their car center turned out: I needed to order a wheel cast disc, I called their car center on Dzerzhinsky Avenue, 134 and on Mashinostroiteley Street, 9 and they told me the price of 250 Belarusian rubles in both car centers, but on Kamennogorskaya, 11 the price of the same disc is 518 Belarusian rubles!!! Additionally, I will inform you that I do not have a hard hat (I have an ordinary car citizen), it is possible that with those customers who have a hard hat, they serve them in a completely different way and more quickly. I'm not from Minsk, I brought my car from Mozyr, I think they have VIP clients whom they serve first of all, they just don't care about people like me from the periphery!!! My car was damaged in an accident – the rear suspension and the left side of the body were damaged tangentially. The price of repairs in this car center at the moment is almost 11,000 Belarusian rubles, I mean that the insurance company and I myself will pay almost half the cost of my car for repairs to this car center, but there is still no positive result!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They change everything that is necessary and unnecessary, under the pretext of "Regulations". We bought Lada Largus Cross to work in September 2021. On a run of 25,000 km, I had to change the candles at my own expense, they said that they were out of order due to poor fuel, although the car is refueled with only 95 gasoline, it turns out that you need to switch to 98-100. Arriving at the TO-2 at 30000km. we are being billed again for the replacement of candles, to the question Why?, the answer was amazing: "According to the regulations, it is necessary." Why change them if they were installed 5000km ago? Do we need to change candles more often than oils now? They didn't hear anything in response, except for the memorized "Regulations". As a result, they left, refusing the services of this service.
A separate opinion. 3 times I returned in a day. The hub bearing was changed. As everything was done, after an hour it began to buzz even worse! Arrived, replaced within 2 hours. I drove out, the abs caught fire. Came back. Fixed it. But the whole day is ruined.
It was serviced in the service for 4 years, since the car is under warranty. I came with my brother to pick up the car, he had the same one and he knew what to pay attention to, since 2 years ago he also applied to them for bodywork under warranty.We found 4 more re-defects.If you had seen the face with which Master Maxim placed the order...It's just terrible, as if he was going to make repairs for his hard-earned money.Dissatisfied, he accepted the order.He said that they would do it within 14 days.If something does not fit the warranty case, they will call me and tell me about it.It's been 8 days-no one is calling. I've been calling them for two days to find out when the car will be ready.When I got through, they told me that the car was ready, come pick it up.When we arrived with my brother, we saw that one job had not been done. They said it was not a warranty case.Although two years ago my brother had a warranty case.To the question, why DIDN'T YOU CALL AND TELL ME???they said the master's omission.The art master was invited, after 40 minutes he came out to us...However, he apologized, spoke competently, tactfully, explained everything. So we did not achieve anything, I took the car and I no longer have the desire to contact this service, although the car is still under warranty for another year. Previously, I applied for a replacement part under warranty, everything was done without hindrance. It turns out THAT PEOPLE BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY, AND THEN PROVE THAT THIS IS A WARRANTY CASE, WE pay large sums for all the treatment under the warranty.We comply with everything so as not to violate the warranty, But WHAT's the POINT??? It was possible to do everything cheaper and calmly, without wasting time and nerves, to make this case from the masters. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Why don't the "specialists" immediately look at the service book and keep so many customers. Horror. I do not recommend it!
Visiting this dealer can be compared to completing a quest. It seems that you signed up for a certain time, but ... When you come to your time, it turns out that the master to whom you are registered is still sorting out with the last client and you are offered to wait "a little bit". You sit down and wait. And here's a miracle Your master is free and you tell him what questions, besides WHAT your car has. You are listened to and ..... everything that has been said is subjected to the most thorough verification. If everything is logical with mechanics, if it creaks, knocks or rubs, then we will quickly fix it, and if it is an electrician and the error is not permanent, then you are trapped and it is IMPOSSIBLE to prove it to the officials, no matter what arguments you have in store, even a video recording of the glitch is not perceived. The arguments are strong "because this is not there now and we cannot cure it, but when it is at all, then of course we DO."
But on the last visit I was surprised, when passing the quest (described above) with insistent requests to specify everything in the order of the outfit, I was pleasantly surprised by the call of the master and the message that our specialists updated, flashed and conjured with your car and most likely that everything that was indicated in the order of the outfit is no longer for you It will bring anxiety.
I can say that I am satisfied with the service as a whole, but the price is simply SPACE. Replacing candles, oil and all filters, plus carrying out, from the dealer's point of view, some manipulations with cars resulted in almost 200 evergreens. And of course the car is under WARRANTY.

I serviced their car for three years, and when I needed to find out the part number, I waited for more than an hour for a specialist, and they couldn't give me some time.

I noticed that the master can sit down in the salon on the back sofa to talk on the phone, they are dragging their time, they do not want to change a lot of things under warranty, and if something is broken, it is natural wear or it is the same Lada that you wanted.

Control your car, if you have passed it, only by personal visit. Phone calls are ignored. You wouldn't wish such a service on an enemy. As a result, they had the leasing car in total for a year. That is, for one month you didn't even use the car, but you paid the money regularly. And it is the body shop that is looming!!! Two job applications for a maximum of 7-10 days, and as a result, once 15 days with an additional visit and the second time 15 days, and this is per year!!!! In general, if you do not need a car, then give it to them, the deadlines will be delayed as much as possible!
A good and tidy service and sales center. It is more or less convenient to get there. There is a comfortable waiting area for customers (a bar, a children's area with TVs and a set-top box). Through the window, you can watch how your car is serviced.
I've given my car for insurance repairs many times and they always do it slowly, they don't notify me on time. They come up with excuses that they did not immediately see that the HBO is on the car, although the car has already been disassembled and it is impossible not to notice that it is worth it! And only two weeks later they say that the balloon needs to be removed for repair. So for two weeks their car stood without repair... I do not recommend this dealer to anyone.

The masters are not always competent in the services provided. After checking the brakes, it was suggested to "REPLACE THE BRAKES". When asked what exactly to replace, they offered "EVERYTHING".. Discs, pads, brake fluid, handbrake cable, etc. Although at the exit it was just the prevention of rear brakes.
Overall, the quality of service is terrible. The quality of the work does not raise any questions.

Nikita's manager asked in great detail about the car, advised what can and should be done in the future, did not impose unnecessary services. I examined the car and gave my recommendations. It is convenient that you can sit in the recreation area and watch through the window how the car is serviced. After that, the car was handed over to me by the manager Artyom. We had a very good conversation, told everything, suggested various life hacks. It was a pleasure to work with the guys. In the morning, I got a call back and was informed that I had forgotten some documents in the recreation area. It's nice to be informed, because I was looking for. I drove up and took it from the receptionist. For the work and approach to the client, definitely 5 stars.
I have a very mixed impression about this service. There are no complaints about the masters of the repair area, everything is done according to the regulations. But the acceptance masters are extremely un-client-oriented. It feels like you're asking them for a favor. They are always busy, always haughtily and condescendingly communicate with you. When you sign up for the service, they name one cost, albeit an approximate one, in fact it turns out to be 2.5 times higher... It's not +/- 20- 30 rubles, it's really 2.5 times.
The car has been in "operation" for a very long time, although half of this time it just stands in the remzone.... for what? It's not clear.
Why record for a certain time if the lifts (as the masters say) are busy and THEY can do it for 5 hours? Even according to the standard hours, IT is no more than 2 hours ...
If it were not for certain circumstances, I would not have gone there.

Since I was going to buy a new car, I decided to look at the Vesta sv cross, after all, the only station wagon in its price category, but it's not about him. While we were watching and touching the car, Vitaly came up to us, greeted us, asked if there were any questions about the car, told us everything, showed us. We immediately went for a test drive. But unfortunately, the choice fell on another manufacturer.
