I would never have given the car for repair in my life if it wasn't for the warranty. And I do not advise anyone to give cars to this workshop for repair. The parts are expensive, two to three times more expensive than in any workshop, the repair of a locksmith takes a very long time, the quality leaves much to be desired. They tried to charge me for poor-quality repairs that they did themselves a year ago.

After purchasing the type, we agreed to provide information for free, but for a period of 2 to 7 days. IT'S BEEN 10 MINUTES- NOTHING!? On the call, the answer is: "come on, we'll figure it out"! The last two arrivals took two of MY working days. It seems that only they work in the Country, and the rest print money to buy something from them!

My story with this company began with the purchase of Lada Vesta in the 21st year. I have always received a refusal for all my requests under the guarantee. I emphasize - always! It was only by stubbornly insisting on my own that I sought warranty repairs. Starting from 30,000 km, I heard extraneous sounds in the front suspension area all the time, complained, but I was told that this was normal, nothing was found, and in another complaint about knocks and rattling creaks, I was sentenced to replace the steering rack not under warranty (which was not confirmed on another Lada service) but a miracle, after after they gave me the car at Kamennogorskaya, the knocks and creaks passed, I was glad that maybe it passed by itself, they pulled something up there. But the joy was exactly for a month. After the knocks and creaks continued, and I believed that my dealer was saying that it was such a constructive thing, they say, it's a VAZ and so on. Along with these sounds, my warranty ended on 02/01/2024 on a run of 88,000 km. Exactly one month after the end of the warranty, my car roared right on the move, as if there was no muffler. I had to go to the service station, where the verdict was as follows: the muffler corrugation was torn, the reason was the failure of all three engine supports (cushions)! At the same time, a solid glass is stuffed inside the pillow, this is how Lada on Kamennogorskaya reduced unpleasant sounds for a month. What happened in the end: the lower support failed even on the run up to 30,000, because of it the right one began to fail, and then the left one. I've been driving with these sounds all this time. The engine had large fluctuations, which led to wear and tear of the corrugation. This is the Lada dealer in our country, this approach to work, to its customers. To be honest, it seems to me that this is a scam. Anyway, this is my value judgment. Such a situation could lead to tragic consequences! Draw conclusions, fellow motorists. As a remark: the answers in the spirit of "your review was taken into work by the quality control service", this is fiction. Nothing happens. There is no feedback. This is an attempt to impose on readers of reviews that work is underway, that Lausange really cares about your opinion. Please take all this critically.

For almost three months we had a car made, as a result they forgot to connect the fog lights and an incomprehensible sound appeared in the cabin! This is taking into account that the first time we were serviced, they forgot to connect the parking sensors and the repair time was not fast either. I will write a review not only about the dealer's work at Kamennogorskaya, but also about the body of the Lada Largus Cross 2021 car. On a car that is a little more than two years old, corrosion has gone on the body, namely: the rear left wing near the molding, the rear right wing near the molding, in the opening of the rear left door, and under the hood on the glass where the air conditioner tube is screwed (the beetle increases here by leaps and bounds). We decided to contact this dealer under warranty, upon arrival to them, "master" Maxim, without even examining the car, immediately began to tell me that the cases would not be guaranteed. To my indignation, why, having not seen the damage, he already makes such conclusions, the car was nevertheless inspected and an application was issued. They told us to wait two or three days and they would call us. On the third day, I decided to call myself, the girl said that there were no free masters - they will call you back. It took 4 hours, but of course no one called me back, dialed again and again our master is busy. Thank you, after an hour they still called and reported that the cases on the wings and in the opening are not guaranteed due to chips, but on the glass the case is guaranteed, but we will not do it for you because of not passing IT starting from the second one. Why they refused to take it, the dealer has a review above. What is the connection between the passage of THAT and a frankly bad body is unclear. It is only clear that buying a new car for 18-20 thousand.$ you have no guarantee, you buy it when you go through the dealer. Even if the warranty had not been denied, the two-year-old car would still be half-painted. Therefore, think a few times before you buy a Lada for $ 18 thousand, which rusts two years later. P.S. before that, there was a Largus 2017, we put it in a trade in and took a new one in 2021, the old one did not have such problems with the body.

We bought a car here at the end of August 2021. I really liked the attitude of the staff, we prepared the car promptly. I really liked the work of Tatiana's manager, she calmly explained and showed everything. They passed the TO-1 right there. The car was taken by the receptionist Ruslan, THEN passed quickly. We applied under warranty (the rear license plate lights are not sealed). When they applied, they did not have these lampshades, they were recorded for the next week. We arrived, the car was taken away, the ceiling lights were replaced. The only thing that bothered me was the long wait for a response from AVTOVAZ (about 3 hours). The door was promptly polished (scratched during washing).

Result: I picked up the car only a day later. They washed the engine from dirt, asked which ones the master said he did not know. The elastic bands were not replaced, but simply corrected. A day later, they came out again. Multimedia still works incorrectly. The cause of fogging of the headlights has not been established. The quality of the work is disgusting. The staff cannot answer questions about what was done in the car. The waiting time is simply cosmic. If it were possible, I wouldn't put any stars at all. I don't recommend going there.
