I liked everything, but there were several dissatisfied customers with complaints around, and there was a feeling that I might not be lucky either. But everything seemed to work out. I am happy with the work, but they recorded it only when they found out that there would be repairs for their own money. If it were under warranty, then I had to wait a month and a half, although I had to work for 40 minutes. In general, the impression is ambiguous.
The service is simply disgusting, the team of specialists does not work at all. They promise to call you back, but eventually they forget. The invoices are incorrect, inflated, as a result, it turns out that the master calculated the cost of the work on the wrong machine. When conducting diagnostics, they say contradictory information, they do not offer further solutions to the problem, they just say: "Take the car." The question arises, who allowed them to represent this brand and spoil the reputation of AVTOVAZ???
Maybe I'm so unlucky, but I've never been able to pick up a car from the service without waiting: they asked me to wait on the couch and forgot about me, then there was a problem with the documents, then something else.
