Everything seems to be fine. Polite, careful, they called me back themselves. But why there are no spare parts for Lada, I did not understand. It's like I've needed a rear fog lamp alone for many years. I've been waiting a month. Next time I'll call Serov.
We bought a car here. They lay beautifully, but sleep soundly. As for the first one, questions immediately arose... they installed a rear-view camera, and when they arrived at the first one, a miracle happened - the rear-view camera refused to work after their maintenance...We wrote to both the directors and the deputies...in short, it turns out that the manufacturers of that camera were to blame for everything, and not their crooked mechanics...my husband and I decided not to go through them anymore, because you pay fabulous money, and there are zero guarantees!!! Terrible service, unscrupulous staff (one manager took us to a Car Dealership where the Camera was not shooting and said that we would not prove anything anyway...and the funny thing is that he was right)...in short, deceivers, only create appearances by dressing up in suits and white shirts, but in fact they are a CHARADE, not a Company!!!!
I do not recommend to be serviced by them!!!
A good salon, friendly and competent staff, there is not a large flow of people, everything is quiet and measured. On the second floor there is a TV and sofas, if you are tired, you can even sleep😂

It all started with the fact that in 30 minutes, while I was studying the cars presented in the salon, no one even came up and asked what I wanted to buy or help in any way. Then I turned to one of the girls at the checkout myself, they told me that there was only one consultant and I had to wait. And finally, after another 10 minutes, they paid attention to me. At my request to calculate a loan for this car, for the price indicated in the price list, I was told that this cost is for buying immediately or leasing , and if you want a loan, then another + 16% of the cost of the car is added to this amount .
I did not believe this scenario and went to another dealer ( by the way, there are only 2 of them in Minsk ) and there was no limit to my surprise when the girl manager calculated the same loan from the same bank BUT without adding this 16% to the cost of the car and said that there would be no additional interest , everything is fair.
And the most interesting thing is that the manager at the salon at mashinostroitelnaya says that the bank obliges me to do this, although I contacted the bank by phone and they told me that they were hearing about this for the first time . I.e., it turns out that this dealer is so winding up this difference in his karma.
I liked everything. Unlike the dealer at Kamennogorskaya, there is no divorce for a "technological car wash" even if the car is a little dirty. I will go there and advise others.

We arrived a year later by appointment, polite craftsmen, did everything quickly in 3 hours, took into account all the comments, gave good advice, generally no complaints, only positive emotions.

The first time we came to this dealer to see the car, we waited 30 minutes for them to come to us, the consultant ran past us, said he would come now, but never came. The second time we came by appointment. I had to wait for a consultant anyway. As a result, my husband told me more about the car than the so-called consultant. He just stood there all the time and sometimes nodded. To the comment that the doors of the car were closing noisily, he said "if you want them to close normally, look more expensive" - which left a very unpleasant aftertaste. After that, they asked me to submit a loan application. Since the credit center was no longer working, this consultant offered to scan our documents and apply for us tomorrow and call us back. We agreed. But there was no call either tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. When the husband dialed the salon himself, they said that no application had been submitted and they would sort it out and call back. But they never called back. The service is worse only in the market, where it does not exist at all. Terrible car dealership, terrible dealer, disgusting consultants.
Naedalovo. A car with a mileage of 1000 km went bugs on the doors in places of sealing rubber bands. We contacted the warranty service under warranty. They conducted some kind of examination. They took some photos under a microscope, as they said. They were sent to the priozv factory. They gave an answer. They told me not to wash my car correctly. Laughing to tears. Mega experts have come to a conclusion.The car at the company is not a warranty case. Just junk on wheels.
How many times have I not contacted the service during the 3 years of operation of the atmobile, I constantly can not get through and do not get in touch with the master. The consultant answers every other time, but is it possible for her to explain the problem in detail??? The service is at zero, they constantly breed for a sink (not cheap), but they wash it like a wash at Vasya's grandfather. First of all, this is my first and last experience of contact with Lada. I do not recommend these cars to anyone, much less the service. I have not described everything yet. I wish you to close in Belarus as soon as possible, so as not to spoil people's time and nerves
TO-3, Lada Vesta . 12.01.22 A part was broken during operation, they tried to impose repairs for 600 rubles. The deception was revealed. 2 hours of unnecessary waiting, wasted nerves and no apologies...I do not recommend this institution to everyone!
The salon itself is normal, there is a waiting place for service station customers, but the work of the service station itself leaves much to be desired, everything is very slow (especially since they show on the screen how the car is being repaired)
I applied for a small body repair. We did everything pretty quickly and a little ahead of schedule (thanks for that!). There are no complaints about the quality (everything was done perfectly). The staff is polite.
