We stayed at this hotel in June 2024. Of the advantages: THE BEACH!!! The beach is cool, white sand, the entry into the water is smooth, the water is clean (the ocean is a separate story!!!). There are plenty of sun beds on the beach. From a nearby hotel (5*), vacationers came to our beach, saying that our beach is better!!! There are two bars on the beach, and pina colada is great in the far bar!!! And the lobby bar has a great daiquiri!!! Overall, I liked the hotel. We paid $50 extra for a room with an ocean view and didn't worry about it! The rooms are large, the furniture is normal, not super new, but not dead either. The problem was with the towels, they categorically do not want to change them, even if they throw them on the floor. Tips in this case also did not make the weather! Only the threat that I would complain to the Cuban Ministry of Tourism forced them to change towels daily! The food is generally good, pork, chicken every day. There were seafood: mussels, octopuses, squid, lobsters. There were a lot of mangoes from fruits!!! In restaurants, the problem is precisely the lack of spoons, for some reason there are none. Soup and ice cream have learned to eat with forks!!! Overall, I liked the hotel! I definitely recommend an excursion to the dolphinarium!!! Emotions are off the scale!
