The staff is very polite, the national atmosphere with rich colors. Waiting time is a bit long in rush hours. For tourists I would recommend being vigilant for the price of orders because I met different prices for the same order in the recipe. My overall mark is 9/10
It's a very cool restaurant. Do we recommend it? Definitely YES, however)
Of the advantages: a large selection of dishes, good service, work until the last customer (because most cafes only until 23), live music, you can bring your own alcohol) (this is for those who are positive and are not afraid to talk and negotiate). BUT!!!
There were 3 times and each time there was some kind of jamb.
1. We ordered tapaka chicken, but they didn't bring it! They reminded me twice, but they never brought it (But they included it in the bill and of course they were sent and apologized for a long time.
2. We ordered the salad "Aristocrat" which should be with boiled beef. They only brought the herb with vinegar(. When the waiter was asked to find meat, he apologized and 5 minutes later replaced the salad, which already had more meat than herbs.
3. Split the account into 2 checks. There was live music in every receipt! Supposedly a mistake by the cashier, but it seems like a minor scam. Pennies, but we must be vigilant!
And so everything is cool! We recommend it, but see the receipts)
I visited a cafe in Samarkand and was delighted! The cozy atmosphere and friendly service immediately create a pleasant impression. I tried the pilaf — it was incredibly tasty and fragrant. Desserts, especially baklava, were a great way to end the meal. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Uzbek cuisine! I will definitely be back!
Nice restaurant. National dishes, beautiful presentation, everything is delicious. Nice staff. The barbecue is delicious. We didn't wait long. The wines were tasted locally. There is a terrace, there are trestle beds with soft cushions, most of the tables are ordinary, European. The halls are different in design, for every taste. The check is slightly above average. The restaurant is opposite the historical Registan Ensemble
Very cozy atmosphere, good European cuisine, convenient location in the center, but:
the order of tea with lemon and sugar - brought the usual ... okay, maybe the language barrier
order lagman (which is not fried) brought pasta ... then another waiter came up and tried to explain that it was by mistake because the waiter is new ... I did not want to spoil the evening therefore, I thought not to pay attention, but the lagman costs 40’000 soums (with a tail), and already the pasta is 80’000, a very convenient mistake, they apologized and added my account …
I tried to pay the uzcard bill, and today the terminal does not work, but visa, master card, union pay is serviced ... in one of the major tourist cities, the possibility of paying with a card of the national payment system does not work ... but I was offered to make a transfer via click ... and an ATM nearby
It seems to be a decent place, a good atmosphere, beautiful dishes, and service at the dining room level
The crown of the evening: the administrator, having received confirmation that the staff had somehow miraculously confused lagman pancake pasta, argued "well, these are the waiters"... as if I brought my waiters and a map of a fictional system
So the wonderful and beautiful Samarkand has greatly tarnished its reputation
It is a very beautiful restaurant with delicious food, we often visit this place, especially in summer it is very cozy and atmospheric. You can spend evenings with a beautiful view. It would be nice if they added a blanket. So that you can sit in the evenings in the fall and spring
The food is delicious, the cuisine is different, both national and European. The service is excellent, the staff is polite and helpful. We ate shurpa, the meat is incomparable, very tasty, it just melts in your mouth. The waiting time is 15-20 minutes. The tea is simply divine. Not expensive!!!
Hello everyone We were in Samarkand for the May holidays and had dinner at this restaurant 3 times. We were 3 families, a company of 8 people. Very mixed impressions!!!
Advantages! A large selection of dishes. There is alcohol. Live music. They work until the last customer (although most cafes are open until 23-00 and from 21-00 the choice of dishes is already sooo limited, there is no alcohol in most cafes at all). We agreed after the first visit) to bring alcohol with us!!! Lots of seats. And basically delicious!
Minuses. Every time there was some kind of setup. For the first time, we ordered Tapaka Chicken. They didn't cook it, they didn't bring it, but they included it in the bill(
For the second time, we ordered an Aristocrat salad, which was supposed to have boiled beef. They only brought herb and vinegar, when they asked the waiter to find beef in the salad, he apologized and after 5 minutes brought a normal salad with meat)
For the third time, the bill was divided into 2 accounts, allegedly something went wrong. But live music was included in every bill. It looks like a penny, but it's a joint again.
But in general, there are more positive aspects. We recommend it, but be careful!!!
I don't know why the 4.7 rating is.For me, 5 out of 5.Delicious food, attentive staff. The atmosphere is cozy, spacious, bright, water fountains right from the ceiling, we really liked it.You can eat a huge cold cuts for two thousand rubles, pasta costs less than 400.The location is also convenient.Payment in cash, by card, or by transfer. In general, I recommend it.
It's a pretty atmospheric place. A rich menu, a variety of drinks. The location is convenient, opposite the Registan ensemble. The service is not bad either. Decorated in a national style, with touches of modern amenities
Briefly about the main thing purely for yourself (the smoking room is still alive ...) - the hookah is wonderful!
The main thing is a short correspondence:
"Delicious, but very expensive.
A typical place for tourists to divorce, pecking at all sorts of tinsel.
All the same things can be obtained 10 times cheaper, and this is not a joke" (madace Taster level 4 on April 29).
The official response on June 8:
"Dear madace, thank you for your feedback on visiting our Labi G'or company.
We appreciate your assessment and will pay attention to your comments about the price.
Our goal is to provide our customers with high-quality service and products.
We hope that you will visit us again and see improvements.
Thank you for sharing your visit experience."
And I will also thank you for the experience of visiting
["Delicious, but very expensive"]...
The place is cool, but not the cheapest.
It is a very popular restaurant among tourists, so the price tag is not the most humane. It is not always possible to find available places. The service was quite long, I had to wait about half an hour. Fortunately, the beer brightened up the wait. The dishes are delicious. Cool interior and furniture. I would go a second time, yes.
Very good cafe, delicious food, reasonable price tag. The second floor is equipped with slippers. They cook and serve quickly.
Of all the cafes nearby, this is the best choice.
There are both local dishes and European cuisine. A few examples of dishes in the photo.
During three days in Samarkand, we visited Labi Gor twice and everyone was satisfied: a pleasant pilaf with soft meat and yellow carrots (though without quail eggs), delicious meat dishes, warm salads and vegetable cuts.
The prices are slightly higher than the average in the city, but the quality of the dishes is worth it. If you don't tin and don't take the 170k medallions, you can be quite satisfied with the receipt too)))
An important tip is to give up the tortillas, otherwise there is a risk of not being able to cope with the portion.
We liked it so much that we returned 2 times) pleasant atmosphere, delicious food, polite waiters.
The dishes were served quickly, everything was great!
You can pay by card, it is thought out for foreign guests!
The restaurant is located near Registan, and of course in the evening, after walking, attracts tourists with lights and interior. Fusion cuisine: everything that can be mixed to please tourists is mixed. It would be better, of course, to have national cuisine or European cuisine in its purest form. But you can eat. Everything is fresh and hot. Some dishes are small portions, and some are too large.
The traffic in the evening is unrealistically high and the waiters run around, not always having time to respond to requests. Although, for such an emergency, they cope.
In Moscow, I would not choose such an institution for food, but in Samarkand – quite. A solid three plus!
Good location, literally opposite the historical center of Registan. The kitchen is not bad, there is an opportunity to see the cooking process of individual dishes. The service is a bit slow and it is not always possible to park the car. They may offer to hold events (such as a banquet, etc.).
Very tasty (we tried different dishes), atmospheric, excellent service and service. Pleasant, polite waiters, excellent choice of dishes. And what is important is affordable prices.
There was a
large company of 10 people on 4.01.25.
It was warm and beautiful, and the check was divided among the families.
Meal.
The pilaf is terrible.
Lagman +-
Salad with crispy eggplant fire.
The Maso is good.
Staff relations are terrible.
The overall impression:
It's beautiful and delicious, but not all the positions.
Expensive - does not match the quality.
The staff does not work well and pays a 15% fee at the same time.
You can go in, but be prepared and attentive!
We were at this place the other day, and we didn't like the food. There are no complaints about the service, they were met, conducted, the order was accepted quickly, there was no need to look for anyone. The entourage of the establishment is quite pleasant. The only thing I really didn't like was when I was standing in line for payment, I saw French fries being given to the waiter from the kitchen, and he practically put (or put) the outer part of his palm to it, checking whether it was hot or not, carrying it to the customer. In general, there is no desire to return there, I did not get any pleasure from visiting.
It was the first time. The place is clean, the food is delicious, fresh. The restaurant is located near Registan, so the prices are appropriate. If you are a tourist and want to experience the flavor of the East, go here. The restaurant also has European cuisine.
A wonderful cozy place! Amazing wooden veranda on the second floor! Very tasty pilaf, samsa is just a bomb! A good hookah, but the musician Shavkat deserves separate words, he has an amazing repertoire, he gets goosebumps with words from songs! I highly recommend everyone to go there; it's right in the heart of Samarkand!!opposite Registan Square! My favorite!!!
We were visiting the city and decided to take a look at this place, I really liked the interior. The second floor is especially beautiful. We haven't tried it much, but it's generally delicious. We liked it. You can sit not only at the tables, but also in Turkish. Prices are reasonable. I'm surprised every time there's a separate service fee, even though it's a pretty penny. A normal cafe.
We do not recommend it, there is no kitchen, we ordered pilaf, the rice was dry and a very small portion. the atmosphere is very colorful, but the food is terrible. (21.03.2023)
Just the other day (02/20/2025) we were back at this establishment on the first and second floors. There was a European kitchen on the second floor, everything was basically delicious, the portion was average. But what surprised us was that they took the money for the music.(10,000 soums) P.S. this is not live music, it was just playing in the background.
There is more national cuisine on the ground floor. We wanted to try pilaf, as all the pilaf centers were already closed. they brought the menu and scored. We just sat and waited for 10-12 minutes. They decided to leave without waiting. In the hall, the man invited me back. We informed him that we had already been there and had been forgotten about. A minute later, he literally started yelling at the staff (obscenities) for not serving people.
the food itself was not bad, the meat in the pilaf was tender and soft.
The portions are very small, although the serving is beautiful. The taste is mediocre, I've been to different places a lot, there's something to compare it with. I asked for vegetable oil for the vegetable salad, but they said it wasn't there. The type of establishment is pompous, calculated for tourists, the prices are high. This is the only place I didn't like in Uzbekistan.
The owner or the black-clad man with an evil look creates the mood of the prison. I would never have come back. I don't recommend it.
Large restaurant, comfortable to sit in, lots of seats.
Salads:delicious and large portions
Lagman is incredibly delicious, tastier and has not been tried yet.
But the veal kebab and mutton greatly spoiled the impression, the meat is frankly tough.
In my opinion, one of the best restaurants in the city. It leaves a pleasant impression, the cuisine is varied, so you will not stay hungry. The most delicious thing is live music, a violin in the hands of a virtuoso performing hits will not leave anyone indifferent!
Good time of day. We went to this restaurant on the recommendation of the hotel. And they didn't regret it.
A large menu. Everything is very tasty. Especially kebabs and lagman. My daughter liked the lentil soup. Nice interior. Excellent staff.
The prices are not small, but they are not off the scale.
The only negative is the service fee of 15%.
By the way, it is a very convenient location. Near Registan Square.
I definitely recommend it.
The restaurant is excellent by 5 points, the food is very tasty. We took local dishes. The price tag is slightly above average.
The service is 17%, very poor for this price.
They kept reminding us that they hadn't brought it to us.
There are a lot of waiters, but they don't understand what to do at all.
Interesting interior. The location is opposite Registan across the street. The service is very good. Food prices are low. The portions are medium. Everything is very tasty. I recommend you to visit.
It was a very atmospheric place, delicious food, very attentive attitude and desire to please the guests, the food was excellent, the meat was delicious, the dishes were excellent, I recommend
National and European cuisine. Excellent manti and tea leaves, delicious coffee, refreshing lemonades. If you are tired of fatty soups, it is ideal to take a lentil soup.
A good place for tourists and visitors to the city. The food is delicious, the kitchen is clean. The service is good. The staff is very pleasant and hospitable. The waiting time is exactly the same
