Upon arrival at the hotel and presentation of a voucher for accommodation, where the deluxe room category (30 meters) was indicated, they settled either in the "standard" or in the "economy" with a size of 10 meters with windows in the wall. To my surprise, they confidently declared that it was a deluxe. The problem was solved only after the intervention of a representative of the travel agency. They didn't apologize. They didn't explain it in any way. Unfortunately, an unpleasant aftertaste remained.

Very nice place! It is located in the historical center, just a five-minute walk from Hagia Sophia. The room was clean upon check-in, and the cleaner was also very good at cleaning. It's the same thing for breakfast every time, and to be honest, there's not much choice, but what's there is delicious! Very nice people work at the reception, and any issues are always resolved without any problems. In general, the hotel is super super! I recommend it!

The location is excellent, close to the main attractions. The staff is nice and helpful. The hotel is cozy and clean.
