The most disgusting flower shop with disgusting service. We pre-ordered from them on March 8th: three bouquets at 10:00 with delivery to the address. There was no delivery at 10:00, and we decided to write to clarify the stage of delivery. And what do you think? Whatsapp is disabled, messages are not getting through, we are calling the phone, but they are not being picked up. Half an hour later, they decided to call again, and it turned out that they had turned it off altogether.
Two hours later, the flowers had not arrived, there was no connection with the store, so it was decided to go to the flower shop and find out personally. Upon arrival, it turned out that they had not even been collected — like many other orders.
First of all, why take such a large number of orders if you are not able to fulfill them? Secondly, the quality of service and customer orientation is not only at zero, but has already gone into negative territory.
Disgusting flower shop, disgusting service, disgusting looking flowers! There's such a beautiful picture on Instagram, but in fact, when you see it in person, everything is completely different. At 7 p.m., I went to their Instagram and saw comments from girls who wrote that they still hadn't received their flowers, and many moms were left without attention.
