We arrived for the holiday, on MAY 9, from Moscow to our beloved Belarus! We went to have a snack in your cafe, to say that it is delicious is not to say anything!!!! We ordered rustic pancakes, caesar salad, pepperoni pizzas and a cheeseburger. Everything IS VERY TASTY!!! The service is fast, courteous!!! I recommend this cafe to everyone!!! I was very surprised that the rating of the cafe is 4.2! Understated and by a lot! A solid five!!!

We were passing through with a young man on June 13 at about 20.00, no one met, took the menu themselves and sat down, I don't remember the waitress's name, to be honest, a short girl, dark hair, with a ponytail, thin herself, saw us, took the order, everything was brought quickly, the food is fine, nothing bad to say I can't. The plates were stored by themselves, no one cleaned, as a result they waited for about 15-20 minutes, no one came up, they decided to ask for the bill themselves. I think it was possible to apologize, I worked in catering myself and I know what a fuss is, but sometimes a smile and one word "sorry" will save the whole situation, but not in this case. No one even said goodbye, she just ran off to take orders) I advise the manager to have a conversation about the service or send him to some kind of training, because this can lose people. Today 09.06.2024 we visited this institution. Stanislav, the waiter, served us. The order was recorded incorrectly, one person was left hungry. At the same time, the waiter replied: "and I thought that you would be this, and you would be this.(I decided to split the order of one person into two myself)." And he didn't even apologize for the situation! When they left, he walked past us and didn't say goodbye! Terrible service!!!

When asked to return the money and give back the pizzas, they were refused. Two pizzas went cold during the conflict. It was proposed to redo the erroneous pizza, while the second one remained cold. They did not start eating the second pizza, because it was a young man's pizza and etiquette did not allow them to eat it without me. They asked the waiter to call the administrator or the manager, to which they received a rude negative response. We are not satisfied with the work of the administration!

Firstly, the staff leaves much to be desired. They clearly do not have sufficient qualifications and professionalism. The service was slow and uncoordinated. The waiters were not attentive and showed no interest in our comfort.
Secondly, the quality of cooking leaves much to be desired. My food was raw. How can you offer such quality to your guests?
Thirdly, I have serious complaints about the hygiene and cleanliness of the establishment. The stump on which the hodgepodge was served was covered with mold and dirt. This is absolutely unacceptable.
And finally, the most incomprehensible thing is the serving of coffee and dessert before the main dishes. This is a complete violation of etiquette and the order of serving. How can you break such basic rules?
Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience at this institution.

It is impossible to eat the "anthill" dessert. ordinary cookies with fatty butter. after the pizza was brought, it was already cold, they didn't even cut it properly, when they asked for a knife (since they always brought it before), they refused, but after the second request they brought it. the pizza is not tasty, hard, too salty. There was no pleasure in eating. we ordered lemonade, melon is delicious, but cherry boom, ordinary cherry cola, which has already stood and has a slight carbonation. It's like the waiter's first day, he doesn't know what to do or what to say. they left without eating, even the desire to eat was gone. The evening was ruined.

Now there is a nice modern restaurant here. Polite and attentive staff, delicious but not varied menu.

There are practically no vegetarian salads, common dishes for lunch - solyanka, meat (entrecote, fish or chop), etc. The cook has changed, and the concept of the menu has changed. Waiters sometimes cannot clearly tell and advise what to order. Because of the ornate names of the dishes, you have to choose what you know and you can't go wrong. And the choice is not great at all ... alas. Fortunately, draniki appeared, but there are only four types of them. I mean with various additives. Today, I was confused by pork pancakes, as a result, these are drani, sour cream and egg (glaze) with small pieces of pork or not, I cannot say, because I am allergic to eggs and I do not eat them a priori. When ordering, I did not think at all that there would be such a presentation of this dish. But in general, the only place where you can go, which offers quite a good snack, plus drinks wine, beer and stronger. There is also a small selection of desserts. A piece of cake (four types). Ice cream is not offered. The average receipt with alcohol from 30p.
So, for not having the best, I recommend it.

The situation happened in the summer, and I only got around to writing about it now. We ordered soups from the lunch menu at this institution. I really liked the serving up to a certain point: a cockroach ran along the wooden stand on which the soups were served. We called the waiter, who shook the cockroach off the table and strangled it with his foot. It is clear that we no longer wanted to continue lunch at the pizzeria, which we told the waiter about. This was answered: "you don't have to eat, but you'll probably have to pay anyway. we are afraid of cockroaches ourselves." After the incident, the administrator/director approached us, to whom we explained the situation. Thank God, I didn't have to pay for it in the end.
Since then, I have been bypassing this place and do not advise anyone.
