This is a hotel dating back to Soviet times, monumental, 7 floors. We visited in April 2025. In general, everything is fine, the price-quality ratio is normal. We took an economy room for two for 18 thousand tenge (~3 thousand)) per day for 1 person. Breakfast is included in the price. On the plus side: very convenient location (very central, near central Park, we walked to many places), the price for this location is democratic, the room is modest, the renovation is a la USSR, but clean, we were satisfied with everything. Breakfast is not a buffet, but everything is quite decent: delicious porridge (different every day), scrambled or boiled eggs, sausages / sausage/ cheese, butter, bread, tea, coffee. Saida is very pleasant, friendly, with a good sense of humor, finds an individual approach to all the guests, we were satisfied with the breakfasts. One of the disadvantages was the weak water pressure in the room and the toilet was loose.

Kyzyl-Zhar. My favorite hotel in the heart of my favorite city. And my favorite number is 627.
I stay at this hotel all the time. It has everything. Cozy rooms for every taste and budget, from economy to luxury. Breakfast is included in the price. Wi-Fi, TV with a variety of channels, both local and Russian. And most importantly, this magnificent view from the window to the central square.

Excellent location, in the very center of the city, opposite the park area. There is a large private Parking lot (300 tenge per day). Breakfast. There are many cafes in the immediate vicinity.

We were settled on the 6th floor. They have a kitchen on the 5th floor. Of course, there is nothing provided for a kitchen. There is a hood that can not cope. And accordingly, everyone who lives above will breathe it. For some reason, the cooks thought they didn't want to breathe it, and they opened the doors, and the whole floor was covered in dirt. The down jacket smelled of oil. In general, I do not recommend checking in above the 5th floor.

A very decent lobby. Nice staff. Standard room for 4. Disposable slippers, clean towels, bottled drinking water. But for that kind of money, you could also buy disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. The mattresses are terrible, the springs bulge, although the bed linen is clean, snow-white. Breakfast is included in the price, but it is better not to take it.

When visiting Petropavlovsk, I always stay at this hotel. There are two types of rooms: renovated and without.
The renovated rooms are well done, new furniture, bathroom. The only disadvantage is that you have to wait a long time for the hot water to run, it affects the fact that the renovated rooms are on the 4th and 5th floors (at least, it was on these floors that I came across rooms)
In general, everything is done well, near the so-called local Arbat, where in summer you can take a walk or go somewhere to have a snack.

Convenient location. But the number!😥 repairs have not been done since Kazakhstan joined the USSR! The mattress is very sagging, the pillow is plucked... no water for you in the room… Of course it's cheap. This saved from minus 1 more ball. The bathroom is narrow, cramped. With a semi-sitting bath, with a high side. Climbing is very inconvenient. The restaurant in the building is closed. There is breakfast on the 3rd floor. Milk rice porridge, a sandwich with cheese and butter, a little jam. Sausage with mashed potatoes yet. Compote and tea/coffee. That's all. Coffee is of course only instant. There is a coffee machine in the lobby with a good selection of coffee (grain). But he does not accept cash and cards of the Russian Federation. That's why I couldn't buy coffee. At the exit they said that you need to take a number! There is no bar, there is no water! What to take?! Am I going to take the TV with me?😂🤔

It's a pity I didn't take photos, we spent the night in a quadruple room, an old Soviet hotel requiring major repairs in the room, there are no air conditioners, chipboard doors painted with brown floor paint, no hot water, breakfast is one name, just in case I looked at the bugs first, I didn't find it. The price at this level of service is too high, but I didn't have the strength to go somewhere.

It is unknown what color it is, but not white. And honestly, I wanted to buy you a curtain in the bathroom and hang it up. There are a lot of synthetics in the mattress and pillow. There are few places where you will find such quality. It's blowing out the window. Every morning, a cart with dirty underpants and socks of the sports team was left in front of my door. So what if I live on the same floor with them... I came to breakfast, and there was a meeting of this very sports team... There are no seats available. They are sitting and discussing their sports issues. I have to leave! I can't and don't want to wait!!! After breakfast, they couldn't stay here?! If you have a conference room in disrepair... I would hardly recommend it

Definitely a three. For 30,000 tng, in my opinion, at least there should be one large bed and hot water to wash. It seemed to me that the shower doors were already withered, I barely opened them. In general, it's not bad, but the price tag is clearly inadequate for such a service.

It's a terrible place, the administrator is like the commandant in the dorm. There are no pillows, pillowcases with stains. When asked to change or give a couple more pillows, the answer is no. We barely asked for blankets, we made them ourselves. There is no water, but you can buy it at breakfast. The rooms are like in a dorm.

I wanted to buy and give a shower curtain. Well, guys, you can't have such baths, such curtains... You can't have plywood cabinets like that. You can't have so many synthetics in bed (mattress, pillow). It's blowing out the window. Lived at the same time as the sports team. Every morning there is a cart with dirty sports underwear at my door. For what? During breakfast, meetings are held in the dining room. There is no more time... I had to have breakfast in the room.
I would not recommend it.

Terrible sovdepovskaya hotel. Everything is barely breathing, the money for repairs does not go beyond the reception. Yes, the price tag is not high, but it's worth paying a little extra and getting adequate service and comfort. There is no water in the room, there is no cooler on the floors. The entrance to the room was broken and screwed on so that the lock would not fall. There was no light in the room. The floor is icy, there are no slippers. I have no idea what 3 stars we are talking about.
When I asked the reception to give me a copy of the accommodation documents, I was told "your problems, do as you want and make a copy." Although it was possible to spend no more than 5 minutes and make a copy of the receipt, any cash register easily does it. It's a shame that such boors are allowed to work with people.
