We visited Kymyzkhana and were very impressed! A very cozy atmosphere in the national style, courteous staff and, most importantly, real Kazakh cuisine. I especially liked the kymyz — fresh, with a rich taste, like my grandmother's in the village.
Residents in the city do not realize that koumiss from donkey farms is brought from rural areas of the Zhambyl region, one farmer boasted about his invention, a lie, a video in tiktok that it is mare's milk. We do not have an inspection of the sanitary station here and in such establishments where they sell koumiss.
