I really liked the hotel! A calm, pleasant atmosphere! The food was delicious, the food varied. The rooms are clean, the room is spacious, in bright colors. The staff is very polite, they help with any question. There is a Russian-speaking staff. There is a large swimming pool and a bar on site. Everything is included. The beach is a 7-minute walk away. I liked the beach very much, the entrance is good to the sea. The sea is very clean, clear water. The place is very beautiful, picturesque, the mountains are visible. A very good hotel owner, kind, polite, smiling, good-natured! We had a wonderful rest at this hotel, we are delighted! Thank you all very much!!!♥️♥️♥️
Hello everyone We had a family vacation at this hotel in July 2022.
Among the advantages: we got a fairly spacious, two-room family room. Clean, the air conditioner is working, a new refrigerator was installed a few days before departure (the old one did not cool at all and was used as a bedside table). Daily cleaning, linen change every 3-4 days. The territory of the hotel is quite small, but clean and well maintained. The hosts, at first glance, are friendly and helpful.
Minus: FOOD! The hotel is declared as all inclusive, but in fact it is not quite so. The phrase "you won't stay hungry", which tourists love to write so much, is a lie! You will ALWAYS be hungry!))) Breakfast is from 7:30 to 9:30, during the full load period of the hotel at 8:15, everything is empty and nothing is replenished. The assortment is always the same: several types of sausage, olives, olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, 2 types of cheese, an egg (boiled, or omelet, or fried eggs - one thing every day), two types of loaf, a couple of plates with some kind of mashed substance.
Lunch and dinner are about the same: pasta, rice, soy nuggets, several types of salad, mashed substances, soup (once there was borscht cooked by the hostess, the rest were powdered soups), for dinner I saw chicken several times and fried fish a couple of times, pierced through with small bones - it is impossible to eat!)
The drinks were: tea, coffee from the vending machine, soda, beer, wine, like gin and vodka. Alcohol was poured reluctantly), with comments "it's harmful to drink"))
Yes, it still smiled), food distribution is carried out by the hotel staff, one ladle of soup (a third of the Plate), two nuggets, two slices of watermelon were poured into one hand, when the child asked for more watermelon, the answer was: finish!)
In general, we ate in local cafes and had breakfast on the beach, fortunately the lira exchange rate was 3.3 rubles. Of course, paying for the tour the amount for which we used to go to Ultra All was a little uncomfortable. But there were people in the hotel who bought a tour with the last money and could not afford to eat extra, they complained that they did not eat enough pasta and constantly wanted to eat and were outraged by the price-quality ratio. But it is difficult to make claims against the owners, because the cost of one hotel is (!) 13% of the total amount of the tour (thanks to Russian tour operators)
I would advise the hotel to either completely abandon food and drinks and reduce the price, or make one breakfast, but decent with fresh pastries, delicious coffee, etc. So that people initially have no illusions and, as a result, disappointments.
We liked the Chamyuva area itself, the sea is beautiful, the beach is sparsely populated, quiet, calm!
I have been in this hotel with a young man since 08/07/2022. By 08/14/2022 The hotel is cozy, with a small territory. I didn't understand who was hungry there, there was always food, if the hot stuff ran out, then it was brought as soon as it was ready, as well as salads. Yes, you will not see 40 types of salads here, 40 types of hot. Everything is simple here, breakfast, lunch, dinner. The hot stuff is distributed in portions (I think this is correct) since many fans of eating in 3 throats throw everything and more into their plate, take a bite and everything flies into the trash. And then I wanted more, I got cheaper and took it. A bar with a standard set of drinks, no different from 4 and 5 hotels. Tatiana is a very good-natured and good hostess, who will always help and tell you. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. Honestly, reading the reviews, I was afraid to imagine what awaits us, as it led to a much higher level of hotel service. But to my surprise, everything was amazing. The sea is 7 minutes away on foot, the beach is public, there is always a lot of space. A beach towel can be rented at the hotel for 1 euro or a dollar. And walk with him all the time, but if you change, then you will need to pay another dollar accordingly. The towels in the room are clean, the bed linen is clean. The music is not screaming, the noise in the room is good. We liked everything very much.
A clean, cozy hotel, a friendly hostess, polite and helpful staff, the food is delicious and moderately varied, the sea is about 700m away, the beach is urban, umbrellas and sun loungers are paid. I liked everything.
For a "three-piece" - great. Pleasant Russian-speaking hosts, good food. The sea is a 15-20 minute walk away, there is a private beach. The number of rooms is not particularly impressive, but again - this is a "three-piece". The territory of the hotel is small, but cozy. There are shops nearby. You will have to walk to the cafe for 10-15 minutes.
For a family holiday, that's the thing! They meet like relatives, take care, advise, and protect peace. It's great for a three-star hotel. The beach is small and to the side. If you are going to hang out, keep in mind the whole village of Chamyuva is basically not for you. 5 stars for a warm welcome and vivid impressions! Huge greetings to the hostess Tatiana!
I liked everything. Thanks to the kind hostess of this hotel (it turned out to be a countryman from Kaushan)
Denise, thanks for the delicious cocktails.
A three-star hotel. The rooms are renovated so-so, but the beds with mattresses are new, as well as the air conditioners are new. The staff is friendly and they do their job well. The food is so-so, mostly semi-finished products are present. The hotel is located far from the beach. For the price, it was the cheapest option.
Everything has already been described in principle, the main problem is food, it spoiled the whole impression. The staff is sympathetic. I don't want to remember the rest thanks to the hotel.
Not bad for 3 stars. It's a long way to the sea-it takes 15 minutes to walk to the embankment and 10 minutes along the embankment. The food is so-so.I would like to do better.Although, the hostess Tatiana is very pleasant and friendly. The hotel is small-everything is in plain sight.
