Before delivery, the seller did not send me a photo of the finished bouquet, she did not pick up the phone on the phone to clarify my wishes for the design of the bouquet, communication was carried out only through messages. When making a bouquet, my request was to put a heart out of roses in the middle. The seller replied that they did not have such a service, although the website says that they will make a bouquet of any complexity. One deception, I do not recommend ordering flowers on this site!

I tried to collect a bouquet there many times. I tried to call the delivery service - they never picked me up or called me back. I wrote on Instagram - they replied the next evening. I came personally, but there is no color to collect the bouquet. I asked them to assemble something approximate, they said choose colors, I say please offer something, I don't understand. The florist said he couldn't do anything. I understand everything, everything is loaded. But probably everything, I constantly took roses from them, I thought I'd better overpay, but I'll get at least some kind of service. Florists are rude. For prices 5* , for service 0 .
They don't respond to reviews at all, they don't care. Everyone knows that they have more or less prices and they will return to them anyway, which is why they think that probably the service can be disgusting, people will tolerate it.
Although, you know, I probably just didn't take bouquets from them above 100 rubles, so this is the attitude
