We are very disappointed with your service! My husband ordered roses for the wedding anniversary, 73 roses in three colors. As a result, the courier delivered roses of two colors, instead of 73 roses there were 72 roses. Some of the roses were no longer fresh, the roses were two days old, and many already needed to be thrown away, as they withered. Before delivery, the seller did not send me a photo of the finished bouquet, she did not pick up the phone on the phone to clarify my wishes for the design of the bouquet, communication was carried out only through messages. When making a bouquet, my request was to put a heart out of roses in the middle. The seller replied that they did not have such a service, although the website says that they will make a bouquet of any complexity. One deception, I do not recommend ordering flowers on this site!

If you know the delivery dates, you can always buy a decent budget and fresh bouquet.

I made an order for two bouquets on the website - it says they will call back in 15 minutes. So no one called. I called myself 10 times, on all the numbers. Silence. I wrote on Instagram - they answered briefly - they are working. And then it turned out that the prices were twice as high as on the site. But I did not dare to make an order - there is a high probability of the same disregard... Moreover, there were suckers, judging by the reviews. Pay says - aha - run - pay the hair back - then no bouquet, no answer. One! I ordered roses from dari - the guys always work there clearly.

I was in the store 3 times, of which 2 times it feels like I came to the seller's house and I want something from him.He does not greet you, stands over his soul and waits for you to leave faster.I ask about the chrysanthemum, the answer is a small branch, a chamomile chrysanthemum is also small.She chose the branches herself, and when one of them caused me to suspect, they answered me- and what I will do now, I have already cut it (I repeat, the seller chose the branches herself and did not show them to me)
Tell me the amount to be paid, why? You need to do the math yourself.
I work in the service sector myself, and I don't understand how you can be so indifferent to your own customers.

It was stuffy, there were other fresh bouquets in the car and it was necessary to apologize to the relatives who were already waiting in the restaurant. These are not the gifts I ordered for them! And for my own money, my holiday was ruined for me and my loved ones, so I will return to this situation on a weekday. While I was looking at all this swinishness, I remembered that I always chose flowers there myself and packed them with me. And then I myself sent the delivery along with other gifts, so everything went fine. If I knew that such an attitude would be, I would not have ordered there, of course! But we will also discuss the non-issuance of the check and poor-quality service with competent people and see how these ladies will grimace then. Mom threw her flowers away. IT'S MOM and it was a holiday that was ruined. Give your moms bad gifts with the same faces as today.

The young man bought flowers, he doesn't really understand this, they smelled a bouquet of roses, they seemed to look more or less, but they were tired, they came home, unpacked the flowers, and there was sooo much tape, literally on every stem… The stems and leaves looked rotten, they were put in water, pruned properly, after a couple of hours several roses fell off ... This has never happened ... unpleasant

They don't accept payment like that, they couldn't offer me anything in return, there were no solutions that could suit me. I will not recommend this place to anyone near Gomel

I tried to collect a bouquet there many times. I tried to call the delivery service - they never picked me up or called me back. I wrote on Instagram - they replied the next evening. I came personally, but there is no color to collect the bouquet. I asked them to assemble something approximate, they said choose colors, I say please offer something, I don't understand. The florist said he couldn't do anything. I understand everything, everything is loaded. But probably everything, I constantly took roses from them, I thought I'd better overpay, but I'll get at least some kind of service. Florists are rude. For prices 5* , for service 0 .
They don't respond to reviews at all, they don't care. Everyone knows that they have more or less prices and they will return to them anyway, which is why they think that probably the service can be disgusting, people will tolerate it.
Although, you know, I probably just didn't take bouquets from them above 100 rubles, so this is the attitude

The delivery was 15 minutes late, we were late for congratulations. The package, it turns out, according to the seller, I only asked how much it costs, the postcard was not put. During the phone call, they did not apologize for any of the moments. Also, the flowers were not the first freshness, and the greens were kind of eaten away. I do not recommend it!
