It was highly recommended to pick up kvass at this place on one of the main streets of Shymkent. And for good reason! It's simple, fast and delicious: two types of kvass on taps (sweet and medium) and in refrigerators. You can order a chilled one, then they will mix the warm one from the tap and the cold one from the bottle. The composition in the photo consists of interesting breadcrumbs and raisins. Breadcrumbs, probably rye, give kvass a special taste. A 1.5 liter bottle costs 650 tenge. The sweetness in the bottle can be adjusted :), since the sugar is at the bottom, but it's enough :).

Kvass is always very sweet for bottling (2 options are offered - medium and sweet. At the same time, the average one is also very sweet.
In bottles of 1.5 liters (500 tenge in autumn 2022), 3 options are already offered - sour is added absolutely without sugar.
Sweet and medium in bottles are less sweet than at bottling (apparently, they are bottled in advance and kvass (bacteria) manages to turn some of the sugar into light alcohol. Therefore, both medium and sweet bottles may have different flavors.
Take all 3 bottles at once and you will be able to make the perfect blend of sweetness for you
