It's a good place. Delicious food and booze, relatively price /quality, beer in glass jars looks cool, 0.5 light 6p, many different cocktails in different price ranges. The interior is also pleasantly relaxing. I would like to mention the work of bartenders who will not let you get bored and will cheer up any company. But the institution is not without its drawbacks, there was a paid entrance on Saturday (10p) because of the live music, the songs were written by an unknown group, to say that the songs have a low semantic load is to say nothing, just yelling like "Big balls" and that's it, but they also yelled so that it was impossible to talk (the furthest the table in the establishment). Due to the large number of people, they waited 40 minutes for the hookah bar and another 15 minutes for the hookah itself. The establishment is open until 2:00 on weekends, I would like to at least until 4:00.

Evenings at this bar leave me with two impressions. On the one hand, the atmosphere here is really incredible — cozy corners and soft light create a feeling of homeliness.
The ingenious concept of "Kvartirnik" is that every evening there are different performers, and the space is flooded with creativity and inspiration. This place is ideal for meetings with friends or a relaxing evening alone.
However, the food is not always smooth. There are times when you order something and it doesn't turn out to be exactly what you expected. But it is worth noting that the staff is always on top — they sincerely apologize and even provide discounts as compensation, which is pleasantly surprising.
As a result, Kvartirnik is a place where you want to return, despite minor flaws in the menu. There is always a warm atmosphere here

The first 3-5 years were great. The bartenders monitored the quality of alcohol, etc. After the dismissal of the founders and the Golden Guard. The opinion about the institution is not clear:
- on the one hand, there are staff who "drown" for regular customers and cherish them.
- on the other hand, the format of the institution has changed. It used to be a place where I could meet old friends and/or meet new ones... And now, to my personal regret, it has turned into a bar with booze, albeit expensive, but obviously overcharged and of poor quality. It's just a bar where a couple of waitresses and a few bartenders really brighten up the gloom and melancholy. If it weren't for them, I wouldn't have given the apartment owner more than 1 star starting in 2020.
I am writing to the owners - appreciate your staff, not just numbers and profits, because the quarto = became bullshit = waited for the waiter for 40 minutes. and the order accordingly(((

a) well, probably for people who go to establishments only on holidays, but at home they don't know how to cook properly, it would be normal. but as far as I'm concerned, funeral soup with slices of bread would be better for beggars at funerals.
b) with unlimited cuts, which was mentioned initially, they just brazenly threw it) I have not seen such a scam yet)
2. Musical and broadcast accompaniment.
a) it always seemed to me that the apartment complex positions itself as an institution with heavy music, or at least with light rock. but I didn't expect that the organizers would think of filling my ears with rap music on New Year's Eve. I never expected such a gift)
There are no complaints about the records from the uncle and the girl at the very beginning of the program. Coincidentally, sometimes I like to listen to nraitz.
b) as far as I know, there are 2 government agencies in our country. language, and obviously no more than 10% of the population uses it in everyday communication. besides, I haven't heard that we had any kind of Belarusization or something like that. but for some reason, I had to not understand 90% of the time what they were singing about and what they were saying from the stage. Well, it turned out to be some kind of infringement of the Russian-speaking population.
to sum up:
did I like NG in the apartment building? No. Moreover, this is the first time in my life when I didn't like NG in any institution.
Will I come to the apartment building again? yes rather than no.
the conclusion is that it's most likely the fault of the organizer of this event, not the institution. I believe that the management is obliged to dismiss him under the article for professional unfitness. and I hope as much as possible that some kind of mistake has occurred, and the organizer is really to blame, and not the institution headed by the top management, who either simply did not control the organizer, or did not know who was organizing what at all.
