There are few functioning boutiques in the trade area, but with a good assortment of clothes, there are boutiques with the same quality of goods but with a difference in price. There is no food assortment in the food court on the third floor.
Very few people even know that anything works here after 6.30 pm, because the boutiques at the entrance are already closed by this time.
The mall is always clean, maybe because of the small number of visitors. Perhaps the management of the shopping center is not particularly invested in its advertising.

The atmosphere and decoration are excellent, especially the office part.
I can't say anything about the retail space, I've never bought anything there and it seems that the traffic in the trading floors is so-so.
Fresh market in the basement, a rather peculiar food market, I didn't buy anything there either and I'm unlikely to go, it's still more convenient to go to a simple supermarket.
I often visit the building only the office part and I am very satisfied.
As for the cafes, they change there so often that we don't even have time to try it. 🤷🏼♀️

It seems like the business center claims to be some kind of premium class. But in fact, in the evenings there is no light on the office floors, you need to make your way to the office in the dark. In the toilets, the water runs in a thin trickle, apparently for the sake of some kind of ghostly economy, hand dryers work every other time - in general, they don't even think about the service here.
