I was buying tickets for Viktor Komarov's concert, which was scheduled to take place on May 21. For unknown reasons, the concert was canceled and THIS WAS NOT REPORTED. I found out purely by chance when I went to see how many tickets were still sold for which seats. If I hadn't looked, I would have spent (for me) a lot of money down the drain. Not only that, but not the entire amount was returned. I don't understand this joke of taking money from people to work on ticket registration or whatever it is. But my 20p out of 260p never came. Thank you for showing me that I was right about buying tickets at the box office, not on websites!!!

I bought a ticket to the Pyrokinesis concert, it was canceled. Receipts sent out emails on how to issue a refund. On the same day, I did everything according to the instructions, sent them all the data by mail, so that in the end I would not receive either a response or a greeting in four days. I can't reach the support service. I was in line for six minutes, so that when she finally reached me and the beeps started, they hung up :) Four more attempts to get through did not bear fruit. Money is wasted. I will write a complaint, because it is impossible to tolerate this.
