I ask a logical question, "When?", to which they answer, "Well, one of these days maybe I will, I do not know, I hurt my finger, I can not work." I understand that I don't have time to wait, since I'm leaving in a couple of days and I need my headphones, I say on the phone that I want to pick up, to which they answer that "Tomorrow I'll be there at 11, I'll see what's with them, then you'll call me and I'll tell you when they are you can pick it up," although I called during business hours. In addition to all this, the inadequate master shouted into my phone, "Yes, I wanted to be human with you, but since headphones are more important to you, I will generally go on sick leave and you will wait 14 days. Well, what about the plane, I don't care at all about your plane, well, the 21st century, someone will come take your headphones and give you a "pigeon" mail" In general, the person was completely inadequate, promised one thing - he didn't do it and instead of apologizing and saying that everything would be done quickly, he yelled I'm so bad on the phone that I don't get into the situation. Although no one wanted to enter my position, they only wanted to share the wisdom "headphones are not the main thing in life." In the end, I dropped it because I couldn't listen to his voice anymore. When he called back, he decided to ask me for the order number to check if they were definitely not ready, for some reason he hadn't asked him before. When he called back the next time, he said "Oh yes, of course it was awkward, your headphones are ready, you can call me tomorrow and pick me up" To be honest, this is some kind of sur, the person clearly has problems, the most obvious is with communication and understanding what an adequate service is, he doesn't care about deadlines and agreements if you have there is a task to quickly fix the equipment, pass by, they can promise anything, and then they will point out that "according to the law, 14 days, and I have roughly oriented you", and it will not work to pick you up at the moment, only with the approval of this "master".

For a month, for my own money, I called almost every day to find out when I would be paid my own money because of the promises of employees "today tomorrow" we would send (not a single employee ever talked about specific deadlines, and the cost of the service disappeared before my eyes, less and less). The head was always talking about humanity, although what kind of humanity is in question if they feed with promises, pay outside the deadline under the contract (according to the law, they are obliged to pay a penalty of 1% of the price of work for each day of delay, because the contract is "The act of acceptance and transfer of the device", and this applies to ALL such contracts, for which I have repeatedly heard that they do not have such a thing). I advise employees and managers to read the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Consumer Rights Protection", and understand that talking about payment is not a threat, but the right of every customer of such services. And to draw the attention of the tax authorities to this organization, they always have no money in their cash register, there is nothing to pay with, then I hesitate to ask how do you pay taxes?!
