On March 15, 2025, we went to breakfast with my children around 10 o'clock in the morning. I noticed that the outside of the rolled slice of cheddar was moldy on the cheese plate brought to the table. The waiter changed it immediately. After a while, I saw that the green olive with almonds in it was also moldy. They immediately changed it and brought a new one, but we thanked them and turned it down. In the waiter's explanation, he made a statement that "they stayed in the heat" as if it were a normal situation. I wonder what kind of environment there is inside where even olives will turn moldy..
