And special thanks to the installer Anton for his reverent attitude to work, he is very picky about all the little things and thanks to this he does his job perfectly. I did everything very quickly and efficiently.

I bought a kitchen, I chose it based on the speed of manufacture, I was assured that everything would be very fast. As a result, they were a week overdue, but the most interesting thing is the lack of feedback on delivery and manufacturing dates. No one will give you the information until you start clarifying it yourself.
It is also worth carefully studying the contract, since the penalty clause directly contradicts the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
So it's worth understanding that as soon as you pay for the kitchen and sign the docks, then you're one-on-one with the installers, then the whole epic with them. For understanding, they provided installers, but:
- installers assemble without specification, at random, and then they say, "It's the designer's fault that everything is bad."
- I repeat, there is no communication between the designer and their installers.
- and the comments from the designer "they don't listen to me"
"our relationship ended at the time of handing over the kitchen to you"
Promises about "we will tell the management everything and figure out the situation" - zilch.
As a result, we have:
- the kitchen is overdue
- there is no information that they are missing delivery dates and do not give information about delivery dates until you start calling and finding out.
- the installers have not been able to install the kitchen for a month now, as the installers assemble as they want, and the designer has withdrawn himself.
- a lot of lost money due to constant visits to the office, then to the installers in an attempt to get them to agree
And the icing on the cake - they recommend installers, whose details and data they do not have)

Everything is clear, everything is scheduled and there are no complaints. Designer Marina laid out the shelves, discussed every little thing and all the details, did not notice any ambiguities on her part. Each meeting was accompanied by a customer-oriented approach. If there were any delays in terms of deadlines, everything was discussed in advance and I was warned about possible nuances. I really liked that when discussing the project, you can see everything online, and it's easier to visualize this way. I am satisfied with the kitchen, I recommend it.

We wanted to update the kitchen with our family. We chose a company for a long time, traveled all over the city. We got a consultation with designer Anna. The task was to design high-quality kitchen furniture, in a minimalistic design, easy to care for, functional, and not to go broke at the same time. Anna took into account all our wishes, explained everything, and offered two projects to choose from. As a result, the kitchen was installed, our family and friends really liked it. Simple, beautiful, comfortable, stylish. Nothing superfluous. I hope it will last a long time. Thanks to Anna for the consultation and the design of the kitchen project, everything was fast, clear, everything was in fact, without unnecessary "water".

I appeal to everyone who plans to order a kitchen from this company: run! I have never encountered such a level of irresponsibility and outright disregard for a client.
First, the company's designer managed to forget about the location of the gas pipe in the kitchen. How can you "forget" about such a critical element? Because of this error, the installers simply threw up their hands - the kitchen could not be installed. The special "chic" is that we specifically chose the cabinets taking into account the location of the pipe, but the designer managed to arrange them so that the door hinges now rest against the pipe! Cabinets cannot be installed — you need to re-order the parts, sign a new contract and wait another month. When we asked if it was possible to speed up these deadlines, we were told that this was a standard contract and we were not changing it!But we took days at our own expense for the installation, adjusted the schedule — all for nothing!
Secondly, we have clearly and repeatedly explained that the dishwasher cabinet is needed in the future, not now. But no! The designer apparently decided that her opinion was more important. As a result, the kitchen was ordered as if the appliances were already there, and now there is just a place for a dishwasher and we were told that you would buy a dishwasher right now! Although we didn't plan to do it now! When we pointed out the error, we were told: "It's your own fault, you should have looked more closely." Seriously?! It's your job to listen to the client and design correctly, not shift responsibility!
Result:
- Vacation days spent/at its own expense** — the company does not even compensate for moral damage;
- Additional costs for remodeling and waiting for a new batch of cabinets;
- A month delay in the future due to their mistakes;
- Zero apologies , only cynical excuses.
Advice to everyone: if you value your time, money and nerves, avoid the "Kitchen Module". It's a complete mess, and their customers are just wallets on legs. No competence, no service, just disappointment and empty promises!

+ designer Anna explained everything, made 3 projects. (The kitchen is rather big, so it was possible to fantasize)
+ no one pressed. We didn't need the kitchen urgently, we were pricing
We went to a couple more places to calculate and it was more expensive everywhere... Therefore, we chose the Online Module

It was the first time I sought advice on the development of kitchen design, I had never encountered this before because there was no need for it. Despite the dense flow of clients from designers, they went to a meeting with me and provided me with a full-fledged consultation in my free time. Designer Marina drew an amazing project, understood my preferences in half a word. Subsequently, she sent me a commercial offer as soon as possible, accompanied me at every stage, and the kitchen has already been installed. The quality is at the highest level. We ordered the kitchen in this store, the designer Marina, when choosing the cargo mechanism, did not say that the cargo is only available on the left side, while in the project it is installed under the right arm, did not give full information. When contacting this store, the product was not accepted, arguing that there is no right-hand cargo, use what you sold, this is not the store's problem. Marina, the consultant, found it difficult to answer the question of what material the kitchen body is made of (no quality). A consultant??? Marina does not have any information, and also cannot answer questions. The price of the product in this store does not match the quality, the consultant is not competent.

We ordered the kitchen at the end of June, designer Marina, told us that the kitchen would be ready within 30 days (working) But the kitchen came 45 days later. Also, after paying for the kitchen in full, 2 weeks later they started calling and claiming that we had not paid 700 rubles (although we had all the payment receipts) and the calls were received repeatedly. We were also deceived with the assembly of the kitchen, designer Marina, said one cost, but in fact it turned out to be twice as expensive. I don't recommend this organization to anyone.
