Queen Burger Yerevan is a godsend! The cozy interior, courteous staff and, most importantly, amazing food. The branded Queen Burger is incredibly juicy and delicious, and the mozzarella sticks are just a must-try! The atmosphere is warm, I want to come back again. I recommend it to anyone who appreciates a quality burger and excellent service.

My score is 3.7 out of 5
I learned about this institution from a blogger-relocator. I visited it 2 times and I got a mixed impression. I'll start with the positive:
-cleanliness and new furniture
-friendly staff, who knows Ous and English
-relatively competent zoning of the space
-heat lamps for those who are cold
-lack of queues at the checkout
-convenient location
Of the disadvantages:
-Loud and repetitive music
- add. service fee (although the customer can pick it up from the counter himself
- the bacon in the burger was not fried, as if it was put out of a vacuum package right away
- pumpkin cream soup was noticeably smaller the second time.
- we ordered a sandwich in a bun, and brought it in a roll.
- an expensive price list for burgers, taking into account the quality

I liked the interior and that's probably it. We ordered large cheeseburgers, nuggets, cheese sticks (4 pcs in a bag), French fries. The cutlet in the cheeseburger is not tasty, I almost broke my tooth, I got something hard (bone or something else is unclear). It's not clear what kind of cheese is in the same cheeseburger, it spoils the whole taste. There are no nuggets either... The sticks are cheesy, they don't look like cheese. In general, it is expensive and not tasty. The burger joint across the street is better and cheaper.

Tasteless burgers, huge but clueless. The bread roll is just awful, I've never eaten such unleavened bread. the insides are ordinary.
The price is the same as for a burger in a good restaurant.
We definitely won't come here anymore, although we pass here all the time.

I was passing by to charge my phone. Each table has an outlet, which is good. I decided to take a cheesecake at the same time. There is one price in the window. And only at the checkout will you find out what's more because of the box office fees.
The currant cheesecake is mediocre. Within expectations.
Of course, this is a common practice (which I encountered for the first time), but at the same time you feel deceived.
Because of this, the desire to come here ever and try something has disappeared.
Therefore, I can't say anything for the burgers.

I will share my impressions briefly, I ordered a Cheeseburger with bacon, so the bacon itself was thickly sliced and poorly fried, it would have been possible to use the bacon quality better, the bun itself was soaked from below and just fell apart of poor quality, the cutlet is small but tasty. In general, I did not find any exclusive choice of burgers, there were no author's sauces either, it tastes fine, but eating a burger with mayonnaise ketchup sauce for 3000 drams is somehow not cool. For such money, there are much higher-level burgers in Yerevan

Despite all the negative reviews, most of which were written before the closure and reconstruction of the burger shop, and an incredibly low rating, I visited today, and overall I liked it.
Of the minuses — the menu is only in Armenian. It is clear that no one is obliged to translate the menu into English or Russian. But even from the point of view of marketing, this will immediately expand the target audience of the cafe. The lack of translation did not scare me, besides, the cashier helped me choose the dishes for the order perfectly.
I also paid attention to the prices. I ordered a large cheeseburger with bacon, it cost 2800 drams. There are places in Yerevan where they will make you a cutlet of angus beef for this money. Here the meat is simple, although there are claims to it. Except that a little more than necessary is over-dried.
After paying for the order, a number is given to the table and then it is delivered to you. My waiting time was less than 10 minutes, which is quite normal. I see a lot of reviews that people have been waiting for a long time. Maybe I was just lucky and they weren't.
Everything tastes fresh, hot, meets expectations. The hall is large, bright and clean, there is a lot of space. I put 4 only for high prices for burgers.

They bring food to the table after ordering, they don't cook for very long. That's all good.
Unfortunately, only one factor spoils this pleasant atmosphere, and the most basic one. Meat.
The meat in the burger is like a homemade cutlet in consistency, and unfortunately, it doesn't taste very good at all. And this, I think, should be the main indicator of a burger joint.
